Everything went very well. Fortunately, the original wiring was long enough to just reach the spot we had designated for the thermostat's placement on the wall. A small hole was left near the bottom of the thermostat after it was placed, but that wasn't an issue since we were going to paint the wall anyways and could patch the hole then. Worker was very cordial and professional.

Chad was excellent! Efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend Southern heating and cooling and if in the future need other service repairs would hire again

I came home from work to an 80 degree temp in the house. The thermostat showed that the AC was on, but the air handler was not on. I quickly called my usual AC company but got no answer; after trying 4 more Xs with no answer, I decided to look for another company via Angie's List. I came across Southern Air and spoke to Thomas. I told him what was going on and he agreed to come out today. He was at my home within an hour and quickly assessed and fixed the problem, with no upsell. I now have a new AC company. Thomas and his assistant were professional and friendly. 5 star service.

They were here less than an hour and our AC was working again.

I've owned my home for 17 years. This was the 3rd time the AC had to be replaced and the 3rd time was the charm! Southern Air / Thomas and crew were completely professional and trustworthy. In addition, they repaired prior installation errors and completed the job on time and as promised. Whenever I require AC assistance, I will call Southern Air!

Excellent service. Came out same day when my a/c suddenly stopped working. Honest about what was wrong and how to fix it. Back and running in 20 minutes. Fair pricing even when it was late in the evening. Will always call them for my yearly servicing as well.

Mr. Sidoti came promptly within a couple hours was there when promised, he did the tune-up checked Freon and didn't try to sell me a bill of goods. Prices are reasonable and great service. I highly recommend them and will use them again!!
