Representative came when promised. I wanted him to repair a broken glass in a window and replace all my window screens. He was very professional and went right to work looking everything over for the estimate. The estimate was more than I expected and more than I could pay. I don't know if the price was reasonable or not, it was more than I expected. However, I was so impressed with the handyman that I went ahead and allowed him to repair the window pane. I gave him half the money he picked up the glass and had it replaced in no time.

I spoke with Tracy to describe the job. The initial estimate was $75 per fan. Once he came out and assessed the work, it went up to $100 per fan due to the height of the fans. He was on time, very courteous, and professional. Tracy also advised us on the type of remote controls to purchase. Due to the complexity of the electrical wiring, the job took a little longer than expected. Tracy went the extra mile and continued to work on the fans until they were operating properly. He actually had to come back for an extra day to finish the job. We asked Tracy to paint the ceiling where the fan cups didn't cover the old paint and he did that for us, too.

After consulting on the phone, Tracy told me that it would probably cost me the same to have it repaired as to buy a new one. I appreciated that he did not try and charge me for a service call or waste my time and money on repairing it. I would recommend others contact him.

The quality of the work done was very good. Tracy is knowledgeable and experienced in doing many types of jobs. He was flexible in being able to add smaller jobs also. There were a few adjustments which is to be expected with this type of work.

I called Mr. Francis on 10/29/07, a Monday, and described the work I needed. Also, asked him for an estimate on some painting. He said he would be able to do it by the end of the week and would call before coming out. I never heard from him again.

When i told him what all i needed done he told me that he could not do tile work. He was very pleasant and honest which i appreciated.

Mr. Tracy Francis work and behavior were completely professional & met all my expectations for this job.

Tracy responded to call for estimate very quickly. He was very courteous and professional in providing an estimate. After deciding to select Tracy to complete this work, he contacted me immediately to schedule and came out on a Saturday to complete the work. I was very pleased with his workmanship and will use his services again the next time I need work completed at my home.

Tracy was very responsive to my phone call & came the next day.

Called him to see if he could come out soon to install two ceiling fans - one in the MBR and one in LR. He went right to work, and though he tried hard - the original electrical work was done incorrectly, and no matter how he traced the lines - the bottom line was the wiring was connected properly, but there was no "juice" to either the switches or the overhead wires. Tracy went the extra mile to take the cover off the breaker box and check the routing of all wires. He thoroughly explained things to us as he went. He told us that he could do further work but that it would cost us more than the quoted price - he also told us to try the builder as this was obviously a home wiring issue with the builder - he said if they wouldn't fix the electrical he would - and that if the home electrician wouldn't finish installing the fans for free to call him and he would come back again to finish the job at no charge. What an honest young professional!!!

Tracy came out on a Monday to give me an estimate for the job and said he could do the work Thursday/Friday of same week. I paid $60 for the estimate. The next day I called him and told him he could do the job. He came out on Wednesdays to pick up %50 deposit of the agreed on price and said he would be back on Thursday to do the work. He came back on Thursday and did the work. I paid the remaining 50% of the agreed upon price.

After my original report on work he performed, Tracy called me about the bathroom faucet. He explained that he had indicated the hot/cold sides of the faucet on the button (on front of handle). He was concerned about my satisfaction with the work and offered to come back.

He was highly conscientious, very committed to customer service. The work was painstakingly done, and looks better than it was when it was new. Tracy is also extremely versatile: He does plumbing, electrical work and gutter repair. There are not many home maintenance problems he can't solve.

He answered my call promptly and came to do the work, within 2 days. I had just moved in and had a lot of work to do in the house (I'm a single mom), so I really appreciated that he scheduled it so quickly and did the work on a, Sunday. He was always polite. The only drawbacks were, that the bathroom faucet was installed with hot water on the right and cold on the left, he either didn't notice or just didn't mention it to me. In fairness, I have not talked to him about this. Also, I had said that I'd like to schedule a day to install window blinds, he said he'd call back in a couple of days with a time frame and estimate, but I did not hear from him for at least a week (I don't recall exactly). When he did call, I told him I had already installed them.

This company does NOT provide free estimates. The estimate cost is $65. The information on the Angie's List summary was incorrect. The estimate will be written off IF you decide to create a contract with them. We decided to go with him. We had to pay 1/2 of the job costs as a deposit to Tracy Francis. We were not comfortable with doing that right away as we didn't know him from Santa Claus or how legit he was. We took Angie's List high praises as leap of faith. Tracy Francis tried very hard to convince us of how good of a job he will do and we would not be disappointed. He had some ego glows and should with his talents, but we thought we'd give him a chance. It took him several inconsistent days to complete the job. Tomorrow the job should be completed. He has painting to finish on the woods he had replaced. We have been very impressed with how thorough he has been to date.

Tracy Francis has been my handyman since November 2006. I own a small (46 unit) apartment community where my handyman recently retired. With each call, Tracy arrived when he said he would and performed the necessary repairs quickly and knowledgeably. If there was ever a delay in his schedule, which was rare, he would call me right away to make sure I knew what time he would arrive to the job site. I plan to continue working with Tracy, as he has proven to be knowledgeable, reliable, responsible, and reasonably priced.

I decided not to pay $65 for an estimate when I have 3 other contractors giving me an estimate without charging me. Something must not be going well if they can't afford to drive over for an estimate in Valrico, while having a Brandon address.

when I first met Joe and Kathy I was uneasy about them using a stain on my two story beachfront house. So many bids were much higher, my wife saw something that I didn't see - HONESTY!! They not only showed up on time but finished the project early they also did honey do's that I should've done and never charged me one more penny. Their work was done like it was their house. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone or using them for anything they say they could do. Call me Charles at 813.468.1283. I'm a very busy business owner, but would take time to answer any questions a prospective customer would want to know. Simply put I would trust my house key with them and HAVE!!
