Good price, and good quality.

One of several companies contacted, and had a competitive price, as well as being the most informative and prompt. Everything promised was executed in a timely manner and done correctly. In the end, we are beyond satisfied.

They did an excellent. They were cheaper than the competition. They were also very professional.

Mike was on time for our estimate and spent a great deal of time explaining the process. He beat out all other quotes. He was prompt, professional and personable. The project went exactly as planned and his whole crew was great to work with. It took approximately 3 weeks to complete the sunroom and pool cage and there were no glitches. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use them in the future. Take a look at the pictures on his website---Our sunroom is the one in Pinellas Park.

I am a very hard customer to impress and there aren't enough words to describe how impressed and awed I was and continue to be with Johnny. The quality of the product is top notch, but more importantly, his service is outstanding and consistently exceeds my expectations. I should have completed this report long ago, but it was an interaction with Johnny today in reference to a sealant job that was not even performed by him that reminded me how awesome he is.

We got our original quote on this project in September 2008 for ~ $5000. We were impressed then with Mike Gigante's approach to business and willingness to work on getting what we wanted at a reasonable price. We got quotes from two other vendors which were slightly cheaper. When we were ready to build, we called Mike and asked him for his best price. He came down to $4500. and we decided to sign a contract with Signature. We told Mike we wanted two things; quality work and frequent communication on progress. We got both. He immediately went to work on the permits and got them within about 2 weeks. They poured concrete within days of getting the permit and were out here to construct the screen room the day after. Construction was done in one day. The end product exceeds our expectations in fit, finish and appearance. I installed a fan/light fixture in the ceiling; the channel they included made the project fairly easy.

Johnny and Mike came out promptly to give us an estimate. They are friendly and made us feel confident about their ability to perform the work. We chose them over two other contractors. They worked around and with our other contractors who were resurfacing our pool deck and building a wood deck in the back. They also worked around weather issues. At first, there were engineering issue with the connection of the new roof to the existing roof, engineering time was more than double what we were quoted. Permitting, therefore, was delayed for weeks as well. Turned out that the weather delays were going to push us off schedule, anyway. Once the work began, we were impressed. Their installation crew was punctual, professional and very talented at aluminum fabrication and installation. Johnny and Mike were not on-site much during the install, but the crew had a supervisor who knew what he was doing. The project is complete, inspection cleared with no issues, and we love our new pool area. The outdoor kitchen is being installed this week!

The job went very well. They came when they said they would. They took two days to complete the work and cleaned up after themselves. The screen enclosure looks great! They had to work very hard to fit one door and they made the necessary adjustments to make it fit. The two owners actually did the work and were very personable. We are very happy with the work and will keep recommending them to our others.

I can honestly say that since I am now the construction foreman at my house, I could not be happier with the performance of this company. Yes, we have/had many other home improvement projects happening simultaneously, but this company has by far been prompt,stuck to their deadline, and most importantly, did not come in over their original proposal/contracted dollar amount. They were in constant communication with us at all times. They even have followed up several times to check in with us to still make sure we are happy with the completed project. Thank you Johnny, Mike, Joe, Brian, and Chris!! You definitely made this one part (and might I add, the most important part) of our remodeling an absolute pleasure. Might I add, they did great, specially, since we have 3 dogs running around (Great Danes) and cats. Thank you so much for caring about us, and also for caring about our family. The dogs miss you guys!
