They have excellent customer service, competitive, professional, very detail oriented, and no pressure. They did my roof two weeks ago and they are just coming today to get paid. They didn't ask for any money up front and they did an excellent job. They had my old roof off and new roof on in a day.

Shingle Masters by far exceeded all of our expectations in a roofing company. We had approximately 6 estimated from various companies. Shingle Masters was not the least expensive or most expensive but offered the most incentives and upgrades. They were quick and efficient and I'd recommend them to everyone.

Ed and his crew were professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Job was cleaned up every night and all work was completed in a quality fashion and on time. Very good experience

We had estimates from four or five roofing contractors, and were getting ready to sign with one of them. One day I inquired about a roof in the next neighborhood-- I liked the shingles and knocked on the front door. The homeowner told me about Shingle Masters. I called them the next day, and liked the personal nature as well as the size of the business. Brock told me which shingle he thought would look good with my home, and his opinion was the first that I felt had been given thought and consideration. During the roof install, my husband dealt with the crew and found the crew and foreman very professional. At the end of the install, the punch list was dealt with very timely. There were some issues with rotted wood on the fascia boards, and these were replaced, primed and painted. All gutters were reattached and secured. During the next rain there was some leakage at one of the gutters, and a crew of two came out twice to make sure the gutters were not leaking. I think the thing that impressed me most is that two of the crew came out when I noted some broken pavers in the driveway from the delivery of the shingles and the huge trailers placed on the driveway for old roof tile. This happened in spite of the company covering the driveway with plywood during the install. I noticed this a few weeks after the job was complete. They carefully replaced pavers in my driveway, even going as far as matching the colors with existing pavers and adding sand so the pavers are as good as new. I think my new roof looks great, and my friends and neighbors have all commented on not only the color and texture and definition of the shingles, but how the project was cleaned thoroughly and timely. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

First I would like to say up front that a few years ago I used Shingle Masters to replace my roof, they did a decent job and I recommended them to three (3) neighbors who also had their roofs replaced by Shingle Masters. The reason for the poor rating is from a recent interaction I had with Shingle Masters reference a siding problem I had and still do. I used Angie's List to find a recommended company that repaired siding and Shingle Masters Roofing was recommended. I contacted Shingle Masters and about 3 weeks after trying to get someone to come out to see / check my siding problem, Ed the owner came out, checked out my problem and said he needed to have his "siding guys" come out and after they did their inspection, he would speak with them and then call / leave me a message on an estimate repair cost. After the initial time Ed (owner) came out, about 2-3 weeks later the siding rep came out and inspected the problem, this is after I called twice and sent e-mail. The siding rep said he would get with the owner (Ed) and probably will have the other siding rep come out to check out the problem. Over 2 weeks went by after first time siding rep came and still have not hear back back from Shingle Masters. On September 14, 2015 I sent an e-mail to Shingle Masters - subject line "poor customer service". I did receive two e-mails from Shingle Masters, specifically from " Mike Beauchaine", who informed me: " We never quoted to provide any work to you, we install plenty of Hardie panel siding and lap siding. Vinyl siding is cheap and that is why we don't recommend it an typically don't install it ". If anyone wants to see the e-mails, please let me know. "Granted the area has experienced record rainfall that impacted Shingle Masters work schedule, but the rain isn't the problem for poor review, reason is "POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE". Based on this recent experience, I will never request Shingle Masters to conduct any service unless it is tied to my roof warranty. I recommend before someone decides to use Shingle Masters in the future to search for another company that stands behind the owners word. I believe it's all about the money and my siding problem wouldn't make Shingle Masters a large amount of money compared to a roof replacement. I recommend that Angie's List remove Shingle Masters from recommended company to repair siding when a customer does a search, I have the e-mail that states they don't. I do not recommend Shingle Masters to be used by anyone, better creditable companies are available.

They did a great job. Best service I have ever had. They left this place like they had never been here.

They did a great job, The weather played a big factor in the job. They showed up on the day they said they would, and completed the job on the day they said they would. Big Plus. Just a few small items overlooked, and had to have them come back and do a few repairs. They did come back and all repairs were do to our satisfaction. 1. Always check your gutters after a roofing job. A little h****** them, dragging hoses over them all day. 2. Walk the complete roof and look for "Soft" spots between the plywood sheets. (Broken Clips) Really shows with new shingles. 3. Look under all of your eves, at the soffets. Where the overhangs meet the roof. 4. Go over your vent locations with the job supervisor before they start, in the middle and before they put them in. 5. Solar Fan works great!

We got 4 estimates and Shingle Masters came in a little higher but there overall customer service was well worth it!!! Mike was professional and explained all the issues with the roof and broke down the costs in advance. He even took he time to get us as much information to allow us to get multiple discounts on our Homeowners insurance. The were in and out in 48 hours!! They were the best company and I recommend them to everyone. The replacement of a roof is frightening and expensive, but Shingle Masters held my hand through the whole experience. It was a great pleasure working with them!! I was amazed at the way they cleaned up my property throughout the whole job, they ran magnets every evening and covered my bushes and pool during the process. I just can't say enough great things about the company. I was so impressed!! Also, my roof looks amazing, it spruced up my house so much it doesn't even look like it needs painting anymore!!!

Shingle Masters came out timely to give me a quote and set up the replacement of my roof within just a couple of weeks after. I had a ton of questions and they were very patient with all of my questions. They came in and out and did it all in one day. The roof looks awesome and I could not be more pleased. They also cleaned up after the job and I did not find any debris leftover after the roof replacement. A few of my neighbors have asked what company I used as they were home during that day, and witnessed how professional and quick they were. I am very happy with my selection.

No issues with the estimating process. Shinglemaster's was thorough in their estimate and explained what we were paying for. The actual reroofing took (I think) two days. The only issue was that we could not communicate with any of the actual roofers (I don't speak Spanish). We could not get hold of the Shinglemaster's office to ask questions about the roof condition or job status. No issue with any of the work though - the workers did an excellent job. The gutter replacement happened about a week later: a different crew did this. In addition, they replaced a section of aluminum siding that had fallen down years ago. Last fall we thought there was a roof leak. Shinglemaster's came out and inspected at no charge. Turns out there was no leak. A year later and we've had no more issues with the reroofing.

I am 100% satisfied with the outcome of the job. I wanted to wait until we had a few good rain storms before posting my review, which by the time of this review, we have had. Absolutely no leaks! I chose Shingle Masters after obtaining quotes from about five different contractors. Not only because the price was fair, and Mike was definitely courteous when he came out to do the quote, but Shingle Masters stepped up to not only give me a quote for additional construction work, but followed through with actually returning with a quote and committed to do the job. We have a lanai that was in two parts: the original that was a wood frame and flat roof (probably original to when the house was built) and an additional aluminum add-on. The original lanai roof stood about a foot taller than the aluminum add-on, and the add-on would not support a pool screen cage and I wanted it removed and built out to look like the original and to hopefully have the finished product look like it was all one original unit. AND THAT WAS THE RESULT! The finished product now looks like one long original lanai, like it was meant to be that way from the start. The lanai build out took about two days to complete, and the entire roof job was complete in one day. Mike's crew was fast and efficient. You couldn't go to give this company a chance at any roofing job you may need.

Shingle Masters installed a new roof on our home. The entire process, from the estimate to the installation, went perfectly. We dealt with Brock for the estimate. His professionalism and knowledge was truly impressive. He spent about 30 minutes up on our roof and, when he was finished, delivered a very polished presentation. I had a list of questions to ask but he was so thorough that all of them were answered before I had a chance to ask them. We dealt with Mike during the installation. He was very response to our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. Amazingly, after the work was completed, we only found one nail that they missed. That?s how thorough the cleanup was. After the job was finished, Ed came to our house for the final walk around and made sure we were happy with the finished product. He also gave us a copy of the wind mitigation report that he completed. We emailed it to our insurance company and, much to our surprise, we will receive over a $1000.00 discount on our homeowners insurance every year. There were e few minor issues ( to be expected on a project this involved) but they were quickly addressed to our satisfaction. This is a family owned business. Ed is the father and Brock and Mike are his sons. All three were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn?t be happier with our experience with Shingle Masters

The team was very good and very professional. I needed a full roof replacement due to wind damage. I got really solid advice from Mike regarding options for replacement. The price was very competitive. The installation went smoothly and looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier.

I contacted Shingle Masters due to a roof leak in my guest room. I met with Ed who checked the roof and the attic. I asked Ed for an estimate to repair the roof issues and replace the roof. Estimates were emailed and provided timely. I opted to replace the roof. We were originally scheduled four weeks out, but Ed called and stated there was availability on New Year's Eve. The old roof was removed and replaced in a day. Their team was very professional, answered my questions and cleaned up the area after they were done. I was very pleased with the work and the professionalism of the team. After the job was complete, Ed met with me to go over the warranty and answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend Shingle Masters for any roofing issues.

I thought we'd gone back 30 years to a time when companies valued your business. We recently had our roof replaced by Shingle Masters. Mike came out and did a thorough inspection, answered all our questions and gave us several recommendations. If you want a great roof from an impeccable company that goes the extra mile to ensure a job well done and customer satisfaction, we recommend Shingle Masters. Their employees did a professional job, showed up on time and worked hard, then cleaned the site. You don't pay for the roof until you are completely satisfied. The building inspector said he saw some beneficial things that he does not normally see on new roofs. The wind mitigation report was included in the roof cost, unlike some other companies, and our home insurance agent said we would save about $600/year. We want to thank Mike, Andre, and Chris for their professionalism ; we wish all companies valued their customers like Shingle Masters does!

I had seen Shingle Masters work prior to my calling them, as they did several immediate neighbors, and I was amazed how hard their crews work, how quick they were (2200-2500 sq foot houses done in 1.5 days) and how good the work looked after they left. I can't really explain it, but when I looked a their work compared to others, everything just looked more; straight, crisp and complete, so I obviously called them when I needed a roof replacement. W had already decided, that if their estimate was close, in price, it would be a no-brainer to go with them. Ed, the owner actually came to our house for the estimate. He is a really nice guy, and walked through the process, explained the differences in products, warranties, etc. No hard sales job. I had virtually no questions to ask him, once he was done, which is amazing, since I had a total of 8 estimates, with Shingle Masters being last, so I already had somewhat of an education in roofing from the previous quotes. I wish I had them come first! Not only did his visit support my earlier impression that this was a top-notch organization, but they were INCREDIBLY COMPETITIVE with their price. One other company came in with a similar price, but Ed included the peel and stick underlayment, and a 10 year labor warranty, vs 5, in his quote, so we signed on the spot. Dallas, who runs the office, communicated with us at every step. She told us when the; dumpster would come, the materials would arrive, and the job would start. The day the job started, the supervisor explained exactly what to expect, and it was spot on. The crew did a great job of covering everything, including the pool, so cinders wouldn't go into the water, our new A/C unit, and the garden beds. When they were done, you wouldn't have known they were there. Our job was 54 square, and the crew was done, and cleaned up, at noon on day-2! It was not a rush job, they are just efficient, work hard, and use large, well-trained crews, who are employees, not sub-contractors. Ed mentioned our foreman had been with him since 2000....that's loyalty is important. After the roof was installed, there was some 'punch-out' work that needed to be done. To do the job right, Ed mentioned they would need to rip a small section of stucco off the front of the house, but that they would come back to repair it. He was right, the next day, a worker shows up, and repairs the stucco. After they left, I happened to go to use my garden hose, and realized that a softball sized hole in the side of my house that needed repair, after an unrelated plumbing repair...had been filled in and stucco applied to it. I could not believe it. I thanked Ed for this, to which he said, "I have my stucco guy walk around the house to see if there are any small repairs that need to be done"...WHAT A VALUE-ADD! A couple days later, after the stucco fully dried, another worker came out, and painted the repair...YES, the plumbing repair, too! It was a perfect match, too. This person also capped off the solar panels they removed for me, put squirrel guards on the vents, and made sure the clean-up was complete. I did not have to call ONCE to ask when something was going to be done, or remind them about anything. This is possibly the most well-run, professional contractor I have ever used, or seen. I am so happy we went with Ed and Shingle Masters. PLEASE do yourself a favor, and give them an opportunity to give you a quote on your roof. I'm confident their people, quality of work and pricing will win you over!

Quality of workmanship far above what I had expected!!!

I don't have time right now to write a full review of the work they performed. I will say this I had seven roofing companies give me quotes for a new shingle roof. If you want to save yourself a lot of time and money I did all the leg work for you. Hire Shingle Masters Roofing. They came the day they said they would and finished in two days and I have a 5,000 sq/ft roof. I've had roofs replaced in other homes I have lived in over the years and yes the price has gone up, but they had the best price and did more work than any of the other companies quoted they would do. They replaced seven pieces of rotten plywood and trim boards which they also painted. They perform a "Wind Mitigation" for no charge which lowered my homeowners insurance. I also received a $250 rebate by using GAF lifetime shingles for being a veteran. They carry all the insurance in case one of their workers were hurt while on my property. They also pull all the proper permits from the county and the county inspector said the roof passed with flying colors. They cleaned my gutters for free and when they were done with the job my property was spotless. They didn't ask for a dime until the job was done and I was 100% satisfied. One last thing that comes to mind is they installed four ventilation boxes and doubled the roof vents that are cut into the top of my roof which should lower the heat in the attic which should lower my A/C bill and less chance of mold growing in the attic now that it is well ventilated. They installed squirrel guards over every pipe. I'm sure I've forgot a few other things they did. I think you can see as you read this that I'm more than happy with my new roof from start to finish. Oh yeah, they trimmed a tree that was in the way for free.

I had my roof replaced last month. The price was fair and Mike gave a very professional quote. He had in his folder, his business license, insurance, samples, everything a person could ask for. The reason I'm writing besides recommending ShingleMasters is that they also did a wind mitigation inspection with pictures. They gave it to me along with a cd of the pictures. They said to submit it to my insurance company to see if my homeowners insurance could be lowered. IT WAS!!! It dropped from over 2000.00 down to a little over 1100.00!! So if you have had or planning to have a roof replaced check with your insurance and see if you might be able to get your insurance lowered. I also go a quote from Home Depot, cheez, what a joke!. They wanted 7000.00 more!! Anyway, if you are looking for a roof replacement,repair, keep ShingleMasters on your list.

The job was started on time and finished the same day. The workers were polite and they made sure that all materials were cleaned up. I was amazed at the quality and punctuality shown during the job. Afterwards, I wasn't expected to pay until the home was inspected with the owner, Ed, and I was satisfied. To top it all off, I was able to save an additional 20% annually on homeowners insurance due to the wind mitigation docs that I received from Shingle Masters. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to my neighbors or friends.

Impeccable workmanship. He was very responsive and extremely professional. He was very meticulous with the work that he did. He had a crew that worked very well together, which is important. They were very careful when they did the clean up at the end.

There was a problem with communication, the workers spoke little or no English. I was to have been told someone would come the next week to do the finish work on the sofit and facia, instead I was given the impression it was up to me. So I did buy materials, only to have the worker show up the next Monday. We have had 2 very heavy rains since the work and no more leaks!

I had 4 companies respond with quotes. ShingleMasters was the only company that identified an original design flaw. I asked the other companies if they observed any design issues and none identified the existing problem. Mike, with ShingleMasters took pictures of the problem and gave me a drawing with the proposed solution. This is a small family-owned company that understands how to properly treat customers in all aspects as well ads doing an outstanding job. The workers were courteous and each did a good days work every day. They cleaned up all stray nails at the end of each day with a large magnet on wheels - sort of like a work broom on wheels but instead of bristles, it had a huge magnet. A couple days after completion, I noticed a problem where the shingles overhung a lanai roof and they addressed it that day which took them a few hours. Like I told Mike when handing him the check, I don't mind writing the check for a job well done and to a deserving company. As you might thing, yes, I am a happy customer... :)

Shingle Masters was great! They came when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would. We have a great new roof now. Everything was cleaned up well too. They were even willing to work around our schedule and would have waited to be paid for us to get back in town from a trip, but I arranged for my brother to meet with them at the end of the job. The only problem we had was trying to make contact with the office a couple of times and a 3 dog escape from an open gate in the back yard. I would definitely recommend Shingle Masters to anyone needing a roof!

I originally gave Shingle Masters an "F" rating due to not hearing back from them after multiple calls/emails, but I have updated my review now - I now give them a "B" rating overall. Due to the need to get my roof fixed I did end up persisting with them and had them do the estimate and work. I persisted because although I felt my messages fell between the cracks, overall the ratings and recommendations from friends gave Shingle Masters a high rating, and at the end of the day I wanted quality work done. After the quote, the guys came out as promised and completed the work, and were very professional. The issues I had with my chimney meant that unfortunately the leak continued, even after the initial repair and drywall repair inside. I called the company and they came back, did some more checking and decided to redo the flashing and more leak proofing. The guys came back to re-repair the drywall inside. I felt that the follow through with the problem we had was good, and obviously the company took care of the costs of coming back and re-repairing, so I feel that due to the follow through and attitude of the guys that they deserved an upgraded rating from me to "B". I would mark them as "A" if the communication issues originally hadn't happened. But, I do appreciate the work being done and even with all the heavy rain this past summer I have had no recurring leaks, so I'm happy.
