Great, can't say enough good things about them.

Not very well. Shingle color is way off. I knew it wouldn't match considering age of the roof but I hadn't expected it to be so way off.

Excellent service from start to finish. They replaced the roof quickly and efficiently. Strong attention to detail. Pleasant, courteous punctual staff. Would recommend them highly.

We obtained 3 estimates and Shingle Masters were competitive in price but more importantly had a clear plan on how to deal with the decorative tiles on the roof which are required by the homeowners association. Initially we chose them for this reason and in the end we just found them to be very committed to customer service. They are a family owned and managed company. The roofing crews are very experienced having been with the company for many years. They cleaned up the mess even staying here late into the evening. Entire project really essentially finished in one day with some follow up the next day.

Shingle Masters did our roof within the last month. The salesman Eric was very helpful through the process, I was able to contact him with questions via email and phone whenever I had a question. He responded quickly. They fit me in an opening in their schedule ahead of my scheduled date. The crew showed up on time, got straight to work and did an excellent job. I had them re-roof our home and add new insulation. They even recommended another contractor for work I wanted to get done before the roof, he did a nice job too. Shingle Masters gave a straight forward quote, and had options we could add and the price listed. The price was affordable and the quality is top notch.

Fast quote, started services the next day. I would highly recommend them due to cost, communicatiob, punctuality, and cleanliness. They redid the drywall and painted. It looks like a leak was never there.

It went well, they did everything they said they would. Almost everything was done in one day, I do not expect to have any issues with their work. I am confident that if I were to call them in the future, they would respond readily. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job - the roof replacement went incredibly fast - so fast (less than a day) that I never got a chance to thank the team who replaced it. The two gentlemen who did the structural repairs They had worked together for many years) took longer as it was quite a complex job. It was great to see them discussing the best solution and then implementing. A great example of team work. They repainted the areas that needed it and now you can't tell that there was any damage at all. Just a great job all round. I was enormously impressed that they did not want a downpayment - paid when the work was finished. Great integrity.

My roof was struck by lightning, which caused a sizable hole. My insurance company recommended a roofing company that I contacted along with another company. Neither was responsive. I then looked on Angie's List for a reputable roofing contractor in the area. When I first called Shingle Masters to schedule a visit, I was told it would be at least a week. After explaining that my roof was leaking and I had to go out of town, they moved up the visit. The young man from the company came out and in the rain, went up on the roof. He gave me a fair estimate and said the work could be done in a couple of weeks. About a week later, I received a call that they could do the work immediately. They did an outstanding job repairing the roof and left the roof and area clean. They were a "life saver" and I highly recommend them!!

It went well. Shingle Masters was very professional during the entire process. I called and scheduled an estimate. They came out, climbed on the roof and investigated what might be the cause of the leak. He informed me of the probable cause and gave me a written estimate. After deciding I wanted to go with them I signed the estimate as a contract. They worked with me to schedule a day convenient for me and communicated with me the day of the repair to keep me informed of arrival time and if they were running behind due to complications on prior job. When they arrived they explained everything they were doing and happily answered all my questions. I received an invoice a couple days later and was able to pay with a credit card. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for any future roofing needs. It is good to see a family owned local business provide such great service!

Shingle Masters was amazing! They were so prompt, courteous, and especially thorough. They came back numerous times to repair, paint, and clean. This is the way they do business! We built our home and know how unreliable people in the construction business can be. Shingles Masters was definitely the exception! If only everyone was so dependable and reliable! We now have a beautiful roof and the peace of mind that it was done right!

very professional from start to finish, excellent quality of work done,you would hard pressed to find any better workmanship , the roof is like new.I had many leaks, had to replace 25 sheets of ply wood, they only priced in 5 originally, then I negotiated 16 i knew the roof was bad ended up needing 25 so wood use could have been estimated better .very good finish and cleanup

Mike, and the entire team that we dealt with, did an excellent job. This is a trustworthy and capable team of professionals, based on our experience. The pricing was competitive, the estimate provided was thorough including product samples, follow-up questions were answered, the installation was performed, as agreed, including cleanup.

I've found the best way to judge a company is how they respond when something doesn't go quite right. This install had a few minor glitches. Shingle Masters went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and to my satisfaction. VERY good at communicating what was going on and why. No reservations in recommending this company to others in need of roofing

This was the best service I have every had with a company. First off I contacted them on a Friday, I got a reply back on a Sunday... Wow. Then they came out on Monday to do the estimate. After the estimate was completed and we agreed to the price, they started bright and early the very next morning. The project took about 2 days due to truss being removed, drywall, and painting. They were extremely professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Their foreman communicated with us daily theough phone and email. I would use them again for any roofing repairs we have. Thank you.

They showed up very promptly at 7AM prepping the area for the arrival of the crew. The crew showed up beginning at 8AM and were ready to work. The demo went very fast...and loud. They informed me immediately when they broke the skylight and would repair it immediately. They also informed me that there were areas on the roof that they need to cut the stucco to mitigate water damage. The main areas for improvement were basically communication from the company on the final details like matching the paint when the stucco cured, the damage to my lawn from the insulation machine as well as most importantly cleaning up after the first day. After the first day they literally left in such a hurry that there were soft drink cups and equipment left in the front yard and no one called me to inform me what would be left behind and where they would be putting it. I couldn't even get through my gates. When I took pictures of the first day and sent them to Dallas to inform here of the mess left behind I got no follow up nor apology until she finally called to set up the final inspection where she told me they informed the supervisor that I complained. If that had happened before the call with an email replay to my pictures I would have been much more satisfied. After the job was completed, they cleaned up but did not do a thorough job of ensuring all nails and debris were removed. I found several but no punctured tires but some would have been caught in my lawn mower if not found. I will say when when they accidentally threw away the original gutters to be reused there was no debating the error and all guitars were replaced at no additional charge. Overall the roof looks very nice it's just the crew was messy but overall the job looks solid. I'd definitely give them a hard look again for other jobs but it would have been nice to have a bit more communication.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Shingle Masters. We received several quotes from other companies which were comparable but their professionalism was amazing. Eric Rodriguez came out and answered all our questions from beginning to end. The crew was on time, they cleaned up and finished the job in less than two days (2,100sq. ft. home). Any cosmetic damage that was done was repaired quickly and appropriately. They did a fantastic job and would recommend them to friends and family.

Shingle Masters first came out to do a free estimate. They were very professional and punctual. The estimate was very competitive vs the 2 other estimates we received which is why we went with them. They are family owned and operated so I felt great about that. During the installation they were on time and very quick. It was done within 3 days. The only things we were a little disappointed in was the amount of debris left on our screened in patio. Our screen is fairly new so I asked them to please be extra careful. After they were done there were still nails and lots of debris on the patio and screen. It took them a while to come out to do the final inspection and eventually they did come back and get the debris off the screen. It just took longer than it should have, but it was prime roofing season. Overall we were satisfied with the services provided and the cost. I would recommend them to a friend.

From the sales process to the installation the staff at Shingle Masters was very professional. The work quality was excellent.

Mike came out-when he said he would-and took a look at the roof. I appreciated his honesty. Because of our complicated situation he told me that he would not be the right one for the job. He provided other companies for me to call. He was polite, on time, and honest! Don't come across a trifecta like that very often! I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Mike.

Our roof had leaked for a couple of years when we finally broke down and contacted Shingle Masters as well as a couple of other roofers through Angie's List. Shingle Masters was the first one available for a quote (by the time the others got back to us, we'd decided to go with Shingle Masters). The estimate was thorough, and they told us the next available time was Christmas week, which was what we'd wanted anyway. The crew arrived on the day we wanted, on time, and they got to work. The crew boss was great to work with; he updated us twice that day and politely answered all our questions. The job went a little over budget, but not much, and we love our new roof. In an El Nino year, weeks later, not one leak, and the roof looks great! And we got a gift card for referring my mom, who is already enjoying her new roof! Thank you so much Shingle Masters!
