Mike helped me with every step for my Homeowners Ins which took about 2 weeks getting everything approved thanks to Mikes hard work! The crew showed up at 6:45am to start the job of removing all roof materials and worked until 7pm for 3 days. They put tarps all around my home and pool to protect everything. Mike also did a Wind Mitigation Inspection for 130mph winds so we will now get a discount on Homeowners Ins. Our Platinum Protection Warranty with Owens-Corning is Great! Perfect. Shingle Masters was the fist one to provide and estimate. The estimate was precise. They provided me with a sample sheet of the selected shingle and various color samples for drip edge. Once all details were settled we scheduled a date to install. On that day the crew showed up and distributed tarps around the house and dumpster close to the front edge of the house. They tore off the old shingles, underlayment, and front gutters, replaced any water damaged decking, re-nailed existing decking, installed drip edge, all underpayment, installed shingles and ridge vents. There was some minor damage to the stucco where the gutters and water dam were removed. A different crew came by to repair that, matched the stucco and used the paint I had from a recent repainting and got the facing ready for the new gutters. New gutters are going on next week so I'll comment on that later. Owner came by to collet partial payment as I had to leave but he reviewed all details of job and when the gutters would be installed. He described warranties, insurance credits for 130mph rated shingles and provided paperwork. Owens Corning Duration shingles were used and they have a nice online system for warranty, which Shingle Masters set up for me. Overall - top rated!

Crew arrived on time, did a super job and cleaned everything up before they left. We are more than pleased with the results.

They were outstanding. The estimate was clear and detailed. When they started the job, they found additional issues that they did not catch before. They demonstrated the issues to me and gave me special considerations when charging extra for the additional work. They did an outstanding job and even did extra work that they did not charge me for.

I highly recommend this company. The salesman, Todd, was very professional and gave advice on repairing the current issues or replacement of the roof. It was clear that the roof required replacement due to wind damage and we contacted our insurance company for an appraisal. The entire process working with Shinglemasters was easy and professional through roof completion. The workers were professional and they took all necessary precautions to ensure there was no damage from the job and they cleaned up after themselves upon completion. After they completed their work on the first day of the job and after the workers had left for the day, as is customary in Florida during the summer we experienced a major thunderstorm and noticed a leak in the roof. We immediately contacted the company and they sent the workers right back to the house and they ensured there was sufficient tarps and covers to stop the leaks. The next day another worker came by to resolve any damage caused inside the house. The only issue we had was a number of phone calls requesting payment while we awaited payment from the insurance company which took just over a week following completion of the job. This is a great family owned company. I highly recommend them.

They were quick to return my call and set up an estimate. A very nice young man, Brock Beauchaine, came out to go over the project - a 380 sq ft flat roof & soffits, fascia & gutters around the entire home. NEVER HEARD BACK... three calls later, and still no return call, no estimate via email nor follow up of any kind. It's a shame - I assume it's because the job simply wasn't enough money for them, but unbeknownst to them I own 4 homes - including a 2800 sq ft house in South Tampa that also needs roofing soon, and help the owners of three others manage their properties. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have shown enough respect to let me know. Great reviews on Angie's List, but I didn't see evidence of it and since I'm a long time member who uses the site often I'm DEEPLY disappointed.

This company replaced a roof over 400 sq ft porch 4 years ago and it needs to be replaced. A home inspector found the roof unacceptable, as have several roofing companies who have explained in detail how they would install a roof to not undulate. Shinglemasters requested the home inspection report, but the buyers paid for it and have no obligation to share it. One workman took a picture of a corner that is not sealed properly, and so there is likely water damage. The roof is very wavy. The rest of the house has a 16 year old roof that is still fine. (I am replacing it only because of age-- in fact, several estimators I called asking about a roof replacement have, after looking and before talking to me, assumed that I only wanted the porch roof replaced and were surprised that I wanted full replacement). I called shinglemasters, and Ed told me that the undulating is due to gravity. Funny, because I'm pretty sure gravity is at work on the rest of the house, too, yet the rest of the roof is fine. I have a fancy sounding 5 year warranty, and when I emailed to see exactly what that meant to me, Brock said it meant they would fix leaks. Fixing a leak wouldn't come near fixing the roof and there's no way I can sell the house with this roof as an eyesore. (Selling inspection is how this whole thing started.) Brock also said they are proud of their work and would send someone out to look again. Why not? So, a guy came and told me it was rotting plywood - (not the gravity explanation this time), and that he'd stepped right onto one of the dips, knowing that if there were nothing there, he'd have fallen right through. I am impressed at such dedication that he risked his life stepping there with the chance of falling through. I wonder why the plywood is rotten after 4 years if that is the case. Draw your own conclusions. Also, one roofer told me tiny leaks were probably happening in one area because of rusting nails. I am having the roof replaced soon, and will report what is actually under the shingles when I find out. Hope this helps someone make an informed decision.

Weather delayed them from coming out to measure for an estimate. They did eventually come out after a couple of followup contacts. Awaited an email quote that never came. Left to wonder if they were ever truly interested in the job.

First I called several places and couldn't even get a call back or if they did call back they were rude about "not coming out for such a small job". I was pleased when Shingle Masters answered my call and came out right away to look at what needed to be done. Todd came by and looked everything over. I knew I needed some soffit replacements where a storm had blown the old ones off. But I also asked about the rest of the house given my home is aging. Todd was very honest and advised no new soffits were needed they just needed a good pressure washing. I am grateful that he was so honest and helpful. So we agreed to a proposal and he put in the work order. He was very up front and said it could be a few weeks because they were very busy. After a couple of weeks went by, I was ready to call and ask if they were going to be able to come soon, but realized they had already come and did the replacements & walked the parameter of the house and fixed a few spots that were starting to come down and just need a little work. I had been out of town a few days and when I inquired they said they had come by to do the work & no one was home but since it was outdoor work they just did it. They sent me a bill in the mail. The job they did was superb. The fact that they did not let my absence deter them from getting the job done, in my opinion, was an excellent example of customer service! And lastly they trusted that they would get their money, even though it was supposed to be paid at time of work being done. All in all my experience was amazing. I would not hesitate (and will not hesitate) to call them for any future jobs I might need.

Mike was very responsive for initial quote. Knowledgeable guy...There was some delay in getting work completed...our scheduled week got pushed back a couple of times...But if you're patient, his two guys that did the work were amazing! Professional, Detail Orientated, Hard Working, and just good guys..Very pleased with the craftsmanship...Would definitely hire for roof job..

Very professional from the time the salesman came out for an estimate to getting the job done. The salesman did a very thorough inspection of the roof and a detailed description of what needed to be done. Once the work was started, they documented and extra work that needed to be done (rebuilding the chimney) and were very competitive with the pricing. After the work was completed, they cleaned the area and made sure there were no stray nails or debris left on the property.

They removed the rotten wood, replaced it with new wood, and encased it with aluminum- for the soffits. The fascia is all just aluminium. The best part is, the outcome is amazing. It was a big job. Two story house with a roof with a very high pitch. They cleaned up very well everyday and you can't tell anyone was every here. The only downside was the scheduling. It was very hard to get a hold of them - maybe 5-6 calls from us would yield 1 call back from them. It took them about a month and half to start the work. Once they started it was excellent. Day in and day out. Our push for the work was caused by the Home Owners Association- they saw it needed to be fixed. We couldn't be more pleased! It looks really good on the first time! I don't know why it took so long for them to get started, but it could have been health wise.

From beginning to end, the customer service I received was great. When I called to set up a Roofing Proposal, I was quickly given a time & date (the following day). Eric came to my house on time, well prepared with all the info. needed and with a written estimate. He answered all my questions patiently, and did so with a friendly & professional demeanor. I advised I would get back to him, as I had 5 other companies I was meeting with. He was fine with it. By Friday I made my decision. I advised that I was going with them, as they gave me the best price , for more & better materials. He then quickly sent me the formal contract & all the documents needed, via email. Once I received my HOA approval, to my surprise they were able to get me in within 2 weeks. They sent me an email advising when the trailer would be delivered for the job, and the gentleman who delivered it, even texted me the day of, to give me a chance to take my car out of the garage. All of the materials needed for the job were delivered the day before, and placed neatly onto my driveway. Early the next morning (7:00am), the crew came, and the supervisor met with me & introduced himself. They immediately started working and within one day, they managed to strip the old roof shingles off, replace a few damaged pieces of plywood, lay both types of underlayment, and completely re-shingle my roof with the Designer Color Collection Owens Corning SureNail Technology Shingles. They were quick, thorough, professional, but most of all respectful to me & my property. They left that night at 7:30pm, and they advised they would be back the next morning (7:00am), to finish trimming and putting in any item needed. The next morning they arrived on time, and completed my roof quickly and thoroughly. They went around my property a few times, making sure any debris was picked up. Within the next few days, the trailer was picked up and removed from my driveway., the same gentleman who picked up the trailer came back and checked the roof to make sure the job was fully completed/took pictures for my Wind Mitigation Report/ went around the property to make sure that there was no debris around the property/ and then asked if I had any concerns or questions regarding the job completed... I did not. Both times, he was professional, thorough and very friendly. I then received a Final Invoice via Email and set up a final meeting with them to pay & receive all my paperwork needed for my new roof. During that meeting, the owner Mike showed up, he asked how I felt about the job performed, re-inspected the roof, took my payment and gave me all the paperwork I needed for my new roof, after explaining each one. He was friendly, and took his time explaining everything I needed to know. I really appreciated him taking the time out, to come out and meet with me in person. My overall experience with Shingle Masters was EXCEPTIONAL.... I will recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing job done...Thank you... Oh and by the way: you don't pay a dime (0% down), until the job is done....

I accepted ShingleMaster estimate/proposal on 4/3/17 and every contact after that was on my part (multiple contacts). I had to contact them (after emailing the proposal) to see if they received the proposal; he said yes it would be week of 4/17 or 4/24 before the work could be done. After having not heard from them on 4/23 I emailed again. Again after not having heard from them I emailed again on 5/2 to ask when the work could be done. They replied they'd try and have it done soon. I explained I understood it was a small job (fascia repair) but I needed the work done by 5/12 otherwise I needed to move to another company. He said he would try. On 5/11 they called my cell (didn't leave message) and then I got an email saying their tech/team would be out by lunch to do the work. I called and said it would have been nice if they'd let me know at least 1 day before so I could leave out the house paint (otherwise how were they going to paint the repaired work). They came out did the repair work and primed the wood. When I called about them painting she said they be back out. I left the paint out. After a week of them not coming back, I ended up painting it myself. Even after emailing again to tell them I had ended up doing the painting myself (because they still hadn't come back after 10 days), I asked them how they wanted to be paid. AGAIN, no communication from them. It wasn't until today (6/3) that I finally got an invoice for the work (minus the painting; since I'd done it myself). So almost 2 months transpired over a very simple repair job (and every communication was on MY part). Very disappointing and unprofessional how they make the customer put so much effort to do work (that I was willing to pay them). I certainly would NOT recommend them. I know my repairs were small (in comparison to other roofing jobs I'm sure they had) but I would have rather them been honest with me that they couldn't or didn't want to take the job.

Todd came out at the time he said he would and looked at my roof. He told me it was a strange leak, not in a place he would expect. I was very surprised by his honesty when he told me he didn't want to recommend a patch or a new roof. He said I should be able to get at least a few more years out of the roof and if it continued to leak, he could take another look. It was instantly clear to me that he wasn't trying to take advantage of my situation and take my money. This level of honesty is refreshing to see. I asked for a quote on a new roof anyway and he gladly provided it. It was a little higher than I had hoped but he explained that they do not sub-contract the work out, they do the work themselves. That is worth a few extra bucks in my opinion.

Workman arrived on time. I was surprised it was scheduled quickly. Worked hard all day. It took two days instead of one. I was a bit concerned but the neighbor told me he was impressed and the roofer was doing a good job. I was concerned about the shingle color (HOA watching) but it matched and was finished. So glad to get that chore done.

very professional from the time i called to obtain a quote to installatin. was told what and when everything would occur. Had a flat room that was an addition and they spotted a problem and added the resealing that was done same time new roof installed. had no issues with clean up aroun d of house. Neighbors had new roofs and i found nails and metal for weeks. Shinglemasters left no items. VERY please.

The gentlemen who came out to do the estimate was very professional. He advised me in regards to the amount of gutters I needed for the expected outcome. I would hire them again.
