It was excellent.

Ed was very prompt in coming out to give me an estimate. He used a computer in his truck to give me a computer copy of an estimate. It included a 5 year warranty. No other company would give a 5 year warranty. He even did a title search to make sure I owned the home. I was impressed. Several days later I called the general number to schedule the work. I was told that I would be called back. I did was not. The next day I called Ed on his cell phone. The mail box was full. I called the office again and was told that she would text Ed and he would call me back. He never did. I called another company from Angie's Llist and had the work done.

They were very professional and did and outstanding job! We would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. We recieved quotes from four roofing companies and based on that research if we used other vendors we may have been able to save some money, possibly 10-15%, but we would have had to use multiple vendors, probably 3 or 4 vendors to do all of the things above. Shingle Masters was able to handle all of the work themselves. One stop shopping and one vendor responsible for all aspect of our roof and warranty. It was well worth the slight premium paid. We only had one minor issue, we kept finding roofing nails, so we called and they came back out promptly with their magnet to sweep the property. It helped, but we still found a few more the hard way. :) Most of the nails we found in a dirt area next to our driveway where they setup the dumpster for tearing off the old roof. Still, of all the things that can go wrong on a big project like this, the nails are a minor issue. The rest of their work and service was superb!!

Brock Beauchaine and Shingle Masters did the work as described, site was very clean afterward and he quickly addressed a couple of minor concerns, including post-project painting of a couple fascia boards that the original crew missed. In the lead up to the project, no question was too minor from me or my wife. Mr. Beauchaine and Shingle Masters were very responsive and professional. I evaluated more than a dozen companies, many from Angie's list, some not. While others had good presentations and were well regarded on Angie's List, I found that the best overall offer came from Shingle Masters. They are general contractors and this allowed them to do additional work that many other roof contractors could or would not do. This meant a COMPLETE roof job, which is usually more than putting in new shingles. For instance, repitching the lanai roof is important because a lot of insurance companies will not insure a home if they are aware that more than 10 percent of the roof surface is flat. - and a flat roof will lead to problems before a normal roof wears out. Also, it was important that the original estimate from Shingle Masters included replacing all wood that was rotted, etc., That removed the uncertainty of having to pay hundreds, or maybe even a couple of thousand more dollars once the old shingles are removed and the full extent of damage to underlying wood is revealed. And from what I could see during the three days of the project, they installed a fair amount of new wood. I worked hard to find the right company. Shingle Masters is not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. But I feel that I obtained the most value for my money. From my experience, you can't go wrong with Shingle Masters.

Estimate: Seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I asked if it would be better to replace roof, but unlike another company that also provided an estimate insisting the whole roof had to be repaired, Shingle Masters insisted the opposite and explained the benefits and costs of repair vs. replace. He also explained how he came to the decision and answered all my questions. Repair: Everything went smoothly. After hiring them, I expected a phone call to arrange a date for repair, but on the day of the repair I simply got a phone call they were on their way. They did not require anyone to be home to complete repairs, although I was. Everything went smoothly and was completed in one day. A few days later, I received a phone call to make payment arrangements and was offered a few options, including $100 discount if paid in cash. Everyone was friendly and professional. I am happy with the results.

They did great. They did a beautiful job. We are very happy with the roof it has decreased our electric bill. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They were very thorough and ontime.

We overall had 3 estimates prior to chosing Shingle Masters. After some negotiating we chose them based on other homeowners in our neighborhood who had a great experience with them. Brock brought the contract to my job and we filled out everything there, he listened to everything my wife and I had concerns about and his suggestions were spot on. The work was supposed to start a week later but due to a cancellation, they started early and ended early (even called for our approval to begin early). A sprinkler head was damaged during the process and the very next day was repaired to our satisfaction. The roofers repeatedly cleared the driveway with a magnet so my wife could use the garage for our vehicle. They all were very professional and willing to do whatever we felt was necessary to make us happy. There are a few things in life that should go so well and I have to say that Shingle Masters made replacing our roof turnkey and very simple. I don't recommend many companies but I even asked for extra cards, these guys are top notch.

The service cost me $7000. When they came out to give the bid, they were very professional. They weren?t pushy. They cleaned up very well. The only thing I didn?t like about them was they damaged one of my trees. However, they did a great job, I will use this company again in the future.

Rain delayed the start of the project but they showed up late in the afternoon and went right to work. The laborers were on the roof from 7 am until 7pm in 90 degree weather and never stopped. The work they did was excellent and we experienced only a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately.

He was very thorough. He told my husband everything he is going to do. He laid everything out great. He was on time and he answered all of our questions. I think he had the contract memorized and went over everything. He gave us all of the paperwork in a nice folder. I left a message and he called me right back. He was very professional.

They came out right away and gave me an estimate which was free. Once I decided to go with them they scheduled the work fairly quickly and came to do the job. They have kept in contact with me over email throughout the job. I really like that they won't except payment until the job is completely done. They also have a great warranty of five years.
