+ -1 moreI filled out an on line form for help with my non-functioning phone. Happily I was called back and we discussed my problem. They told me that my problem, phone won't turn on, was a new problem they had not heard of before. I was asked to bring the phone into their store. I went to the store on my lunch break. I spoke with a tech behind the counter that I was dropping off my phone as I was asked and reiterated the won't turn on issue. The Tech appeared to be expecting me. His response was immediate without even a brief pause, he told me. and quot;... it is a known hardware issue with my Samsung Phone and that Samsung was well aware of the issue...and quot; He could do nothing for me. Point is I did not need to go to their store and they wasted my time.

Description of Work: I have had two phones repaired. Razr maxx dropped in saltwater and iphone four chewed by a dog. The maxx could not be repariee but he upgraded a razr to a maxx using my frame and ordering a battery. I was leavng town the next weelk and he worked sunday to get me going. Great service! If you have a razr and don/t have the battery life call Mike.
