He (Jay) has no professional demeanor at all. Poor Job all the way around. Poor customer care; we still have weeds, fire ants and brown areas. Would not reccomend to no one.

We have had no problems since we began getting pest control treatments - which is very good because our home was built on an orange grove. They have done a great job of keeping the pests out. They are convenient because they simply spray the outside of the house - I don't even have to be present for the services.

I was very pleased when Scott came to my home and did a thorough inspection to determine the service required for my home. He also did a great job of explaining exacting what the technician would be doing to address any issues. I was also quite pleased with Tony, the technician who came and performed the services just as Scott had told me he would. Tony was very courteous, respectful, and helpful in explaining everything he was doing. I would highly recommend Massey Services of Brandon.

I obtained several quotes to treat my entire house for termites. Massey Services provided the most thorough inspection and most detailed description of the service that they would provide. I had done my own research which indicated that Termidor would be the best treatment for active termites, which is what I had. Massey quoted to use Termidor HE, the latest version of the product. Their price was very competitive. The inspection took well over an hour, including quite a bit of time in the attic. They seemed to care about doing the inspection right, so I think this means they take their guarantee for treatment and any future termite damage seriously. Massey excludes from the guarantee only areas of prior damage which are noted on the contract. Another major company that quoted the job with a guarantee did not inspect the attic at all, so I would be concerned that they might not be as serious about honoring the guarantee. The other three companies that quoted weren't very thorough in their inspection but offered no guarantee against future termite damage, so the accuracy of inspection wouldn't really matter much to them. All Massey personnel including Brent (inspection), Chris and Dave (treatment) were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The general manager (J.D.) even arranged for the treatment of my screen porch slab the same day I signed the contract. I was having pavers put down, and this allowed the concrete drilling and treatment in that area to be completed without causing any delay or damage to the paver work in process. They completed the balance of the treatment later the same week. I had done much research on the Termidor product and how it should be applied. They performed all work in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and explained the process. In summary, Massey was clearly the best choice from the five companies that provided quotes, and I was very pleased with their performance.

They do a quality job and and are thorough to work to meet customers needs. If any issues are discovered, after their regular visit, they are quick to return and address the issue with not further charge. They are well trained and show professionalism to their job.

Great engagement and professionalism from day one. They were prompt in returning calls, answering questions and most importantly addressing the problem. We were so happy with the response we hired Massey to perform monthly lawn treatment. Really like having an assigned technician who you can call and talk directly with about your lawn... and she's is a real pro!

I don't like bugs and you can call them anything and they will come back, even on the weekends. Usually they come and I am not home.

We decided to solicit bids for termite protection service when our current contract was expiring. After reviewing our options on Angie's List and then interviewing qualified companies, we selected Massey as our new provider. We initially met with Kyle at Massey who supplied options and explained each of their services. Kyle was professional and patient with our questions and inquiries. He was prompt and always did what he said he would do. We then checked references and selected the type of treatment that we were most comfortable with. We agreed on an annual maintenance program and set up a treatment date. The technician was named Chris. He was available early on the treatment date and he called to offer us the option of starting the treatment early, which we appreciated and accepted. He was neatly dressed and had a professional demeanor. He explained what he was going to do. He completed his work efficiently and kept us updated on his progress and then showed the work that he performed. We are very satisfied with the relationship and services thus far.

I've used them for years. They were good at something's and some very bad.

Massey Lawn services are at best dishonest , They killed part of my lawn did not repair as per the contract and then tried to service after I fired them so they could sneak in one billing. I had to call the police to remove them. Now they are trying to lien on my property

I went very good. I like them a lot.

They used a mist and we were required to leave the house for four hours. It seemed to go well. However, only the inside of the house was treated, and since the lanai is the point of entry for fleas, we are having them back to retreat all significant areas.

Massey has been professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. They do an excellent job with your lawn and will have it looking green in no time. I highly recommend them.

The lawn looked good at times, but chinch bugs eventually took hold and withered grass. I had to repeatedly ask for them to treat for lawn damaging bugs when I was hoping they would use preventatives to nip problems in the bud. Well, St augustine grass is next to impossible to keep healthy anyway.

I have actually used Massey Services for the last 10 years. They are very professional, and you don't see constant employee turnover like you do with other services. They do all my regular bug exterminations, and I have a contract with them for termite control. I pay $80 per quarter for extermination. They rarely have to come into the house to do any exterminating. Their outside work takes care of everything. I wouldn't use anybody else, and this is the longest-term extermination service provider I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

The person who comes out is very friendly and professional. He explains things very well. The first time he came, he corked the windows in a couple of places before he started the work. He does a very good job and keeps my house free from bugs.

They are more expensive than our old service, with which I was displeased. Although they charge more, they immediately took care of a problem that had lasted two years. They employ professional etymologists, so they have the knowledge to diagnose and eradicate issues. While the old company came through the house, this company stresses that they should be able to take care of the problem from the outside. I like their approach and have been very happy with them.

I have been using their services for three or four years. They come out every sixty days to check the termite traps and there are no ants now! They are very professional, helpful, come when they say they will and I like them.

The person they sent out billed me for doing nothing and I still had broken heads and the system was not connected to the water. I had to use my own water on the sod which cost me a lot of money. 2 to 3 months later after numerous calls I had to go to the corporate office in Orlando and was assured the water situation would be taken care of. I paid $200 to take care of irrigation and the water situation. I told him I should not have to pay and the guy agreed. They were also supposed to give me and the neighbor who referred them a gift card and they never did. I had a weed infestation about a month ago and called them to come and treat it. I had a year's worth of money to put toward maintenance but they still billed me $54. They have horrible customer service and it was a very long time to get something done, not a quick resolution. I was patient when the lawn maintenance started and should not have been. I got fed up after 10-12 calls.

THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF EXTERMINATING THE GHOST ANTS AND CARPENTER ANTS THAT I HAD BEEN FIGHTING FOR MANY MONTHS. THE FIRST APPLICATION GOT RID OF THEM. I HAD THEM DO THE ANNUAL PEST CONTROL PROCESS AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE. THE GENTLEMEN THAT APPLIED THE PRODUCTS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THEY EXPLAINED THE PROCESS VERY WELL AS I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY CATS AND ANY REACTIONS THEY MAY HAVE TOWARDS THE CHEMICALS. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE CHEMICALS THEY USE WOULD NOT AFFECT MY CATS AND THAT HAS PROVEN TRUE.
