I phoned the company at approx. 7.15 pm on Tuesday evening last week expecting to leave a message for a return calls the next day; Tim answered the phone while he was out running! He asked if he could call me back within the hour and trues to his word he did. My wife and I are selling our house (under contract) and the only item from the appraisal that needed addressing was to replace the back service door and frame in our garage. We knew we need to get this done ASAP to avoid possible delays in the closing date. Initially Tim explained on his return call that he probably could not fit us into his schedule for a couple of months, so back to Angie's list we went looking for someone else. But, within half an hour of his call Tim phoned me back to say that he had managed to juggle a few things and could fix our door in a couple of days. Tim & Ryan arrived on Friday morning and took care of the job at hand; they were punctual, professional, courteous and extremely thorough in their work and also left the area of my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived to do the work. The finished product looks outstanding. I cannot express our gratitude strongly enough to Tim, Ryan and Maintenance Rescue LLC for digging us out of what could have developed into a very long wait in a very big hole! These guys are awesome and I have already consulted them for doing some work in our new house.

I was happy with them, but guess they weren't happy with me (or my location) because I tried multiple times to book them for another 4 man-hours at their full $85/hour rate per man, and they never had their booking ap with them, or had some other excuse. So yeah, they did great work and I would LIKE to hire them again, but I can only do so much begging....

I am in the process of selling my townhouse. My sister lives in the home currently. I live in Virginia, so I can't make it down there to do work that needs to be done. I talked to Tim on the phone and he set up a time with my sister to go over and review what work I was looking to get done. He never showed. I called and texted him, with no response.

Very good workmanship. They did additional work - removing old wallpaper and paint the walls. Ver satisfied with the work done.

I have used them 3-4 times. The first time they where great, punctual and efficient. Second time also. I was so impressed that I had shared with anyone and everyone I spoke to what a wonderful "handyman". Then I hired them to do tile work for 550 square feet. He stated it would take 2 days. He was supposed to start on Monday, I get a call Monday that he would have to start Tuesday. On Wednesday he tells me that he is not done but he leaves on vacation Thursday thru Tuesday but someone else will finish the job by Friday. Which I am supposed to have renters move in on Friday. No one shows up, I call and text dozen of times between Thursday and Tuesday and no response. Finally Tuesday he tells me that he was really sorry. Deeply apologizes. He was out of reach. So he comes Wednesday and still does not finish the job but promises that he would have done by "tomorrow". Next day no show and a call at 3 p.m. stating he could not make it he would be there Friday. This 11 days into a 2 day job. He did do a "good" job. Except when tenants move in the toilet is leaking badly, the toilet he reinstalled after tiling the bathroom. So I contact him on Saturday and he says he will come out and check it out. I ask him when.. No answer. I contact him again on Sunday and ask when he is going to check this out. He tells me Wednesday when he was going to come out and do some more work for me. At that point I fired him/them and want nothing more to do with them. Now I have to pay someone else to correct his mistake. Very unreliable.

I hired them for handyman services through a big deal at Angie's list. I called for an appointment and left 3 messages over two weeks. I did not hear from anyone. I left a more critical message the 4th time and I heard from Tim the next day. We set up a repair date. He went to the house to do an estimate the day before we had to do the repairs. The day came and went and he had nothing day. When I was following up on the estimates for the work he felt needed to be done I called and he did not return the phone call for several days. We had an appointment already set up for the work and they day came and went without services being completed. Then he tells me he is not ready for another 10 days. So I had to put him on schedule on second time. I am reaching out to him no response. The other workers have to wait because the work has not been completed. I had to change appointments for carpet cleaner and housecleaning to come after him for the second time. There is no signed contract at this time so I reach out with no response. So I reach out again with no response. Getting a response is like extracting a tooth. Then that night I text him again due to no response. I mention that they have not responded. Two days pass and they call stating that they are going to give me a refund due to my texts even though they did not respond. I requested specifics about a handrail installation. Tim did not respond so I texted him around midnight. I am now left to start the estimate all over again with someone else. I was willing to go forward with what was already time consuming but Ryan (Tim's partner) decided he wanted to refund me wasting my time. One positive about this company is that they were going to do a plethora of handyman services for me. That's why Ryan stepped in, but surprisingly they decided to refund my money. When it became not easy for them they backed away, as a result it was a waste of my time. The company evaded their responsibility for not responding and Ryan decided to handle this small issue surprisingly by simply refunding my money. They wasted my time 3 times. I'm back to square one.

God's not have gone better: On time -- Polite -- Clean -- Efficient -- Friendly without being overly talkative.

The owner Tim came with another worker and they were punctual and professional. They took about an hour and I inspected after I was told the job was done. I was told it needed to dry and that they were able to clean the tile really well and add some grout. I would love comments from others on how you think the job turned out, as I am not sure what I should have expected, but this is not it. I understand the cost is low, but that is why I went with Angie's recommendation and I also thought that was the point. Usually deals are percentages off of the original cost, therefore it doesn't say what the discount is, but I assumed it was up to 50% off the original cost for this type of work, therefore I do not believe this job in any way is worth over $200 and actually not even the $119 I paid. I'm including before and after pictures. The first 5 (2126-2129) photos are prior to the restoration and the other 5 (2138-2144) are after the restoration. Please let me know what you think. Thanks

They did an excellent job making numerous repairs on a number of tricky items around my house. Tim was very friendly and worked quickly to take care of the repairs we asked him to take care of.

Ryan was great. First spoke to Tim and he said he could have Ryan come over and give me an estimate and that he could probably start working on my list. I can not say enough good things about these guys. I have had terrible experience with other handymen/companies. They never show up or they never show up to do the work or their prices are ridiculous. They showed, they showed up on time. They went beyond just giving me an reasonable estimate. He started doing the work. He went thru most of my list items in less then 4 hours. Came back the next day as scheduled with the parts needed and completed the job in less than additional 2 hours. I will use them for all my future items.

Went well. They were on time with the project...just as they told me. :)

Tim answered my call, immediately called my tenant to schedule and came to the house the next day. He called to let me know that the garbage disposal was leaking, gave me a quote and was able to replace the unit that day. My tenant was very pleased with work. He texted me after to let me know it was done. I will definitely hire him again.

Floor looks great. Wainscotting installed with attention to detail. Looks perfect. Tim and his crew make everything in their hands to make the job look neat. Always listen to what the customer wants and find best solutions to any inconvenience. Very nice people.

The homeowner was very happy and they did the work very quickly.

They done an excellent job. I needed my home done ASAP so they worked 7 days a week to complete the renovations. They also clean up daily upon finishing their work. I have a job for them now. Didn't have a second thought about making only one call.

This company does exceptional work. They go above and beyond any expectations, and give more than desirable results! They can truly do anything a home renovation needs and all at reasonable prices! If you need a flawless home renovation this is the company for the job!

Great experience. Wonderful crew. They were really fast to get back to us with an estimate and all the details of the process. Very professional, clean and punctual. Everything was performed swiftly and the area was left as if nothing had happened. We are going to use this prvider again soon to remodel our floors as we trust the quality of their work.
