Description of Work: They were both very professional. The painter I had hired left me hanging and did not finish or do a good job. The Lovetts came out to look at my house and were very honest with. It was not feesable for them to take on this job and I respected and appreciated them for their honesty. They pointed out things that I was not aware of. In the future I would not think twice about calling them and hiring them! Good people!!

Description of Work: We were in the final stages of finishing exterior work on our house. Two items remained which were painting and adding a screened in patio. We had HOA approval for both and wanted the house painted before the attached patio was going to be constructed. The folks from Lovett's were given short notice to complete the painting when our original painter failed to come through. During the painting, it was determined our facia boards on three sides of the house were rotting and needed to be replaced. The were able to replace these and complete the painting in time for the other contractor to start his work. Everyone from Lovett were great to work with and performed a very professional job which included clearing the dirt back from the foundation to get a deep paint appearance, filling in the stress cracks in the walls and fixing minor damage around the garage doors. I would recommend Lovett Enterprises to anyone looking for professional work on their home or business.

Description of Work: Painted whole outside of my house.

Description of Work: Mr. Lovett was contracted to paint the exterior of our house. He trenched around the base of the home. pressure washed, sealed cracks, and sealed. He also found some wood rot and brought it to our attention. He helped us figure the most cost effective way to deal with the problem.

Description of Work: Installed pilings, framing, decking and roof for a dock.

Description of Work: Complete exterior painting. Pressure washed exterior, primed, painted with elastomeric coating (15 year warranty). Removed, painted and replaced exterior shutters and light fixtures. Trenched around exterior of slab, applied dry-lok sealer. Caulked all windows. Painted soffit and fascia and doors. Pressure washed and painted dock. Also did a minor touch up in interior of home.

Description of Work: AFTER GETTING AN ESTIMATE AND ARRANGING A TIME TO DO THE WORK THE OWNER'S NEPHEW SHOWED UP WITH A WORKER, LEFT TO GET SOME MATERIALS THEN CAME BACK TO TELL ME THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB. THE NEPHEW WAS PRESENT WHEN THEY CAME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE SO HE KNEW WHAT THE JOB WAS. I ASKED HIM TO HAVE HIS UNCLE CALL ME BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK.

Description of Work: PRESSURE WASHED AND PAINTED MY 2700+ SQ FT HOME, PLUS BLOCK STORAGE BUILDING. THE PAINTING AND PREP WORK (WHICH WAS EXTENSIVE) WAS $2700. ALSO REPAIRED 2 CONCRETE WINDOW SILLS (9FT LONG!), REPLACED OLD WARPED PRESS BOARD SIDING WITH HARDI-BOARD, REPAIRED 2 ROTTEN WINDOW SILLS ON SIDE OF HOUSE, FIXED A PROBLEM WITH MY WASHING MACHINE PLUMBING FREE OF CHARGE (WHILE REBUILDING THE PIPING -- IT WAS ON TOP OF THE OLD SIDING), AND EVEN FIXED AROUND MY WINDOW AIR CONDTIONER WITH HARDIBOARD AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE -- EVEN THOUGH HE ALSO SELLS REPLACEMENT WINDOWS. THEY DID ALL THIS IN JUST 3.5 DAYS!
