Description of Work: We had set up an appointment for designing our kitchen. My husband travels for work and had flown home early to accommodate the appointment. Kitchen Magic called 30 min prior to the scheduled time and cancelled the appointment. They rescheduled for the next morning. Again, about 1 1/2 hrs prior to the appointment, they called and rescheduled again. I have serious reservations using a company when they are unable to keep any of their scheduled appointment. This is when they are suppose to be putting their best foot forward. What happens once I write them a check?...
