Laurel was amazing. She brought sample material and drapery hardware to my home so we could see how it looked with my bedding. She also helped me pick out two chairs to complete the room

Laurel dod a GREAT job. She csme to my home with fabric and hardware samples so I could see how it would look in my room and with my current bedding. We had two windows and slidining patio door to work on. We also got bli ds to go under the drapes for the two windows. Everything was professionally installed in a tmely manner. Well worth tbe money.

After arriving at my home and spending 15to20 minutes talking, Laurel tells me her husband works for the company that I had out to give me a quote. She then tells me her husband was the sales person, nice guy but NEVER got back with a price This is 1 month later. I would never work with this company, excuses & unprofessional even if they gave me the job FREE!!!.

I called Laurel because I was overwhelmed by choices when we decided to remodel our master bathroom. She did an outstanding job of guiding me through the process of selecting materials. I was worried a decorator would take over and the end result wouldn't reflect me so much as the decorator. I needn't have worried. I know I was a difficult customer because I wanted something unique and at the same time I was completely indecisive. Laurel gently guided me to selections that would reflect my tastes and, as I had asked her to do, let me know when something would or would not work with the style I had chosen. Additionally, I had no idea what should be done first... select the tiles? Select the color? Choose the fixtures? She has a number of contacts who she introduced me to and, with my approval, did the work. If for any reason I did not want to use the professionals she brought in, she did not hesitate to refer me to someone else or let me choose my own companies. Most importantly, Laurel was a frequent visitor while the work was being performed. If any questions came up, she was there to resolve the issue and didn't consider the job complete until I was satisfied. The bathroom turned out spectacular and I could not be happier with it and the help I received from Laurel.
