Absolutely great experience dealing with Ollie from Element Solutions Air Conditioning. He was honest, respectful and explained everything that was going on with my Heat Pump.

Ollie, the owner and installation contractor was outstanding! He was prompt, professional, and the installation went well. I would recommend this business and hire him again. I have a brand new HVAC, 10-year warranty, 2 years of free seasonal a/c maintenance, and helpful suggestions to keep my system in optimal condition. There was great communication and one day (4 hours <) of installation. I feel confident with this business transaction.

Element Solutions is a company you can trust for your HVAC needs. If you are in the greater Tampa Bay area please look them up. My A/C stopped working, I called Element Solutions. They came out the same night and replaced my fan motor. After leaving I noticed it still was not working properly. The owner Aladino came back the same night at 10:00pm and fixed the issue. Thanks to Element Solutions and Aladino we have air again. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

These guys are excellent and live up to their stellar reviews. I gave them a call after reading some reviews and was pleasantly surprised how they lived up to what I had been reading. I recently had an air conditioning condenser fail and ended up replacing it. They were very quick to return calls, even on the weekend, and were professional and courteous. They are not salesmen and are genuinely interested in providing customer service which is rare these days. They went over everything so a layperson could understand. The pricing was also very reasonable. Very satisfied with my new HVAC company.

I requested services online and Al called me right away. He said he could be at the home in 1 hour, mind you this was at 6pm on Saturday evening. My tenant was moving in and the home was 85 degrees inside. He called me while onsite and told me he could acid wash the system and got it blowing cold within 30 minutes! My tenant was happy and I was extremely grateful for his honesty. I will definitely use him again with my other properties!

excellent company arrived on time and had repair done in 45 minutes. The owner of company was up front and professional with explanation of all my options. Customer service was very important to them and I loved this which is normally hard to find. The pricing was reasonable with no up selling which really ticks me off with other contractors. I highly recommend Ali and his company which all about the customer service. Oh must add this was done on Sunday morning without that ridiculous weekend charges.

Al came right out at 10PM when my unit decided to freeze up and quit working. He got it running in about 20 minutes and scheduled an appt to come out on my day off to do a full cleaning. He was very informative and professional. He explained the issue, the solution and the necessary prevention.

I searched on Angie’s list and Al called right away. Told him about my problem and he wanted to come that afternoon, I told him that nobody will be home so I asked him to come the next morning which we agreed on. About 30 seconds later he called back and came over within 1 hour. Al was very courteous and professional, he looked at the system and figured it was a plugged drain. His helper hooked up a wet vacuum and ran the garden hose and unplugged it. Al installed a T fitting in the line for easy clean out for me and put a solution to further clean the line. He also checked the pressure on the unit and everything was fine. I was happy that it wasn’t anything more serious or expensive. I would call him again.

Our central air would not stay on, and we were not able to get in touch with the company that had installed it about three years ago. I got onto Angie's List and called two companies and quickly received a call back from Element Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating. After describing the problem, he said they would be there in one hour. We live in St. Petersburg, and he was coming from Tampa. This was on a Friday about 4 p.m. They arrived at our house within an hour. First thing he introduced himself and the tech. They got right down to business, and Allie saw it was the capacitor, which was not in "spec". We went outside, and he showed my husband and me the part and explained what was going on and said that it needed replacing. He told us how much that would be. He replaced the capacitor making sure it was in "spec." He topped off the freon, and they cleaned everything up before they left. The price for this was reasonable, and my husband and I were happy we called this company. Plus, they are so pleasant and very nice. The next day Allie called to ask how the AC was running, We told him it was ice cold. Then on Sunday it stopped working, and I called him on Monday. Once again they promptly returned the call, and again he came promptly. It was the thermostat, which had been acting up for awhile; but, of course, not when they were here the first time. Allie explained what was going on with it and told us it needed to be replaced and how much that would be. He replaced it with a better brand than we had. Once again reasonable price. We asked him if they would come back start of every season for a maintenance checkup. Thank you, Element Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating.

Fantastic. The location of the existing AC unit was in a tricky spot. The guys worked hard in hot weather over two days to get the job done. They did an excellent job, were professional and would definitely hire them again.

It was great. Everything was wonderful. Timing was great, responsive. I would have him out again. They had some other stuff to do, I had other stuff going on. I want other stuff done, and I had additional work was completed. I call them up, and it was great.

Gave me a very good deal on taking the unit apart, cleaning the unit coils, which were so gunked up with dirt the air couldn't even flow through properly. As he preformed the work, he explained and showed me what he was doing. Replaced the motor bracket and after putting unit back together tested the pressure. They cleaned up after the job was complete. They were extremely courteous and helpful. I would call them again for any other problems that should arise, and I HIGHLY recommend their service!

Element responded to a warranty ticket I submitted with my home warranty company. They were very fast in responding. Explained in full what the problem was. They cleaned the coils which did not solve the problem. So they did some more work and found that the drain pan was defective. They went over and above a standard service call. They made a special trip from west Clearwater, where I'm located, to Brandon to pick up the required part. The part could not be sourced locally. He and Eddie drove all the back to Clearwater and worked until about 6pm to make sure the problem was fixed. Which it was. So it's been almost a week and the fix is still good. So I would recommend them and use them again.
