The electric going to the microwave was correct so the problem had to be the microwave itself. We don't service appliances as this is outside of our expertise. I think for those reading our reviews it is important to note the lack of information here. Grades are great for the quick view but when digging into reviews trying to get a better understanding it is good to include details of your experience. Our office staff and field technicians take a lot of pride in what they do and getting positive feedback is what we work for in hopes to find the next client. Thank you to this client for taking the time to grade our performance. We take great pride in our work. This project was again a balcony that had been completed originally with a fiberglass topping on the balcony. We removed all of the plywood and repaired the structural damage and installed new 3/4'' tongue and grove plywood. We also installed Hydro Stop Premium Coat system with the traffic coat top coat in an off white or beige color. After we completed the project there was a secondary leak at the roof line just above the balcony. We took care of this problem at no additional charge. leaks can prove to be frustrating as there can be multiple points of intrusion. The end product is stunning and the best part is in 15 years we can clean the top coat and re/apply new top coat for another 15 year warranty. Description of Work: Provider charged a service fee when I used a credit card as payment. If I had known that in advance, I would have made arrangements in advance to pay by check or cash. Unfortunately, they wanted payment when the work was completed & it would have taken me a day or so to transfer money to in to an account so that I could have paid with check of cash. The provider should have disclosed the credit card service fee in advance.

David showed up for the estimate on time to the minute and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable as was his crew that performed the work. Overall a very pleasant experience.
