First - They came out on the 4th of July. They informed me I did not need a new motor but new main springs. My old spring broke. Thomas replaced the springs, changed the wheels and lubed the track. He was done in an hour. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I will use them again.

Service was wonderful. Came out the next day and gave great tips on how to improve garage. Would definitely recommend to others!

Thomas Sewell was very knowledgeable and provided me with plenty of information regarding my concerns. He checked everything and made a few minor adjustments to get the door working good again. Although I decided to only have the tune-up completed he gave me a quote for future work when and if I decide to have anything more done. He seemed like a decent guy and he did not employ any high pressure scare tactics. I will most likely have him back out to my home when I need anything garage door related in the future.

I was happy with his work. He was good about staying in communication. He worked off a checklist so you felt confident he did everything needed.

Repair was definitely needed as coil was visibly broken when the tech pointed it out. He was fast to fix and price was reasonable. The only issue I had was to get the refund on the original tuneup which I had pre-paid through Angie's List on a Big Deal special. In hindsight, that amount should have been deducted from repair price I paid that day, since a tuneup wasn't required.

Thomas our tech was very informative. Told us exactly what he was doing. Gave us some good tips. He was very polite. We will definitely be calling this company again.

Appointment made and service done quickly. Did a bit of maintenance on the garage door but advised that the noise would require quite a lot more. All very professional, friendly, timely and felt like we weren't being wrongly advised. He said if it was his garage, he would wait, so again,we felt comfortable w/ his services. Would recommend & use again.

Tom reviewed the door and described his assessment. He lubricated hinges, rollers, track, and the opener drive mechanism. He then adjusted the spring tension. I have no complaints! He arrived on time. He explained what he would be doing, and about how long it would take. He instailled the new brackets/rollers, the opening system and took care of cordinating everything together for me. I love my new garage doors!

My garage door would not close properly. It would close about halfway then go back up. I had the company that installed it when the house was built come out first (since they left their sticker on the wall) and they told me my opener was old and needed to be replaced. A friend told me to contact Thomas so I did before making a decision, and what a great idea that was. Thomas came out 2 hours after I called him and looked at what was going on. He chuckled when I asked if I did indeed need a new opener, pulled a screwdriver out of his pocket, adjusted a screw on the opener and now it opens as good as new. Finally someone trustworthy in the repair industry. I'll probably buy a new opener soon (I like the ones I can close with my iphone) and will definitely get it through coppertop when its time!

I GIVE MY EXPERIENCE AN A+ Tom came to my house and provided an estimate and a time frame for when the custom door should be available for install. Becuase we were changing from a side roller door to an overhead door he had to build a frame in order to do this install. He framed the garage entrance, installed the door and the cost was exactly what he quoted me. I'm actually surprised he didn't charge me more since I know he spent more time then expected on this old cement block house.

Went great! Thomas is very professional and was on time. He went thought all the costs or repair and replacement. I went with a full replacement because it was more feasible and cost effective. Definitely recommend!
