They came right out and worked with us on the payment. They also have replaced the sewer pipe and fixed broken plumbing in the wall. They have always been very responsive and have done great work. I would highly recommend them.

I had a appot window between 8am and 12pm. Received a call at 12:30 apologizing for delay and said someone would be at my house by 1. Got another call at 1:30 saying someone would be there by 2. I told them I had to pick up my kids from school at 2 and would be gone for 30 mins. Of course the plumber, Jose, shows up at 2:05, now I'm late for pick up. I explain to Jose what needs to be done and he says he's not sure they do that kind of sink work (so why did they schedule the appot??). Needs to call his office. Fine. Spends the next hour calling his office, taking a smoke break, waiting for me to return from school pick-up. At 3pm he starts to install the faucet which he says he can do. Spends 45 minutes removing my old faucet, reading the new faucet instructions and then discovers that he can't install the new faucet after all because the sink work (which I have to call someone else for now) will damage the new faucet. So I agree that it's ok to leave off the old faucet since we can't use the sink anyway. Jose says they will bill me when they come back later to install the new faucet. Ok, fine. But he comes back at 4pm saying no now the office wants him to bill me. He gives me a bill for $170. I asked him why it was so high and he said because he worked 2 hours. Actually, he says, he worked longer but is doing me a favor and only charging me for 2 hours. I tell him I disagree, that at most he worked an hour (45 minutes). He insists I pay right then and call the office later. I know he was at my house for two hours (his fault), but he wasn't working. And he didn't accomplish anything. So now I have no working sink and I'm out $170. I still have to find and pay someone to reset the sink and have the plumber back to install the new faucet. So basically he charged me $170 for removing an old faucet. I called the office and Mark the dispatcher says he'll have the office manager/ owner's wife Joanne call me the next morning. I sent my concerns and the details of what happened in writing to the office mgr via fax that night. Mark finally called me back the next afternoon at 4pm (office mgr never called). He said Joanne would credit me one hour of the charge and to send a new check in for $85 and of course they hoped I would call them back to install the new faucet. Right, I'll be sure to do that so I can waste another whole day waiting for them, then pay a lot of money and who knows if I'll even get the faucet installed. Because apparently even if they can't get the job done, they are still going to charge you for the time. I've used this company three times in the past, always a different plumber come. They have been pretty good and I thought the charges reasonable. But after this experience, I won't be using them again. I just can't afford to use someone who may or may not be able to do the work but is always going to charge me while they are figuring it out.

He did a great job and we will use him again in the future.

I discovered my hot water heater was leaking on Friday afternoon. The dispatcher asked a few questions, quoted a price, I agreed, and the plumber was here within 45 minutes. He replaced the hot water heater and two valves. He had to locate the main water shut-off to the house, which he did quickly. He cleaned up behind himself, and even mopped the floor around the hot water heater. He was, at all times, pleasant and professional.

Performed all work requested on time and with professionalism. I'm not happy about the fact that the new water heater has a slight dent in it and they did not bring this to my attention while they were here.

They did a good job and the plumber that came out was here first thing in the morning.

David showed up on time for the repair appointment. He was very courteous and professional. The work was done in a reasonable time, and the price was very fair. I would recommend Chris's Plumbing to other consumers.

JOB 1: Although there was a delay in getting the estimate and a mix up up with the scheduling, the work was completed in a timely manner on both the initial visit and installation day. Plumbers were on time, polite, and efficient. JOB 2: They were timely. They did a good job at a good price, and they were professional. They arrived when they said they'd be there. It worked. They replaced what they needed to replace and fixed it. It works fine.

OFFICE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT; GAVE EVALUATION OF WHAT APPARENTLY NEEDED TO BE DONE PLUS GENERAL QUOTE BEFORE STARTING WORK. EFFICIENT COMPLETION. TECHNICIAN WAS LATER THAN ORIGINALLY STATED 4-HOUR WINDOW BUT OFFICE STAFF WAS PLEASANT WITH REASON WHEN I CALLED. TECH ARRIVED WITHIN 1 HR. 20 MIN. AFTER THAT. I APPRECIATED THE OFFICE'S CALL 10 MIN. PRIOR TO TECH'S ARRIVAL.
