We had a septic back up one evening and Chris's guys came out first thing in the morning as planned and went above and beyond in making sure the line was cleared. I will be calling them again and already referred them to my neighbor.

I had a leak that was spreading to the neighbors yard and was becoming a mud bog. I called Chris's Plumbing on Monday Aug 10, no questioning as to was I sure I had a leak, they checked the schedule and they were able to send a crew out same day. They came ready to work. Found the leak right away, They went right to work, being careful not to too badly mutilate the lawn they were digging up. The pipe feeding into the T is metal and badly rusted, they cut that and replaced that section along with repairing where the T connection had come loose. Placed the lawn sections they dug up back so it looks decent. Very nice and respectful crew. This was my 3rd time using this company, I highly recommend them.

He charged for 4 hours labor for a standard remove and replace. No adjustments or anything. That was excessive but as I was overseas I was stuck and I was thrown off because he advertised in the church bulletin.

We thought it was just a normal clogged pipe. After troubleshooting the issue and working with Chris' Plumbing service they were able to narrow down the issue. It did take multiple appointments, but pricing was adjusted accordingly. Everyone at Chris' Plumbing from start to finish were excellent. Friendly, informational, and professional.

I have used Chris's Plumbing in the past and was very happy with the service. What really impressed me this visit was how responsive they were to an issue that occurred with the installation of the hot water heater. They installed a new hot water heater and after they left, I noticed that water was leaking all over my garage floor. It looked as if the water was coming out of the wall next to the hot water heater. I called Chris' Plumbing and told them about the issue. I was very concerned about the leak. They sent someone out right away. It turned out that the water wasn't coming out of the wall, but instead leaking from one of the hot water heater connections. They fixed it up very quickly, were very nice, and did a great job. Manny, the plumber, even showed me how to turn the water off for the whole house. I will definitely use them again.

They're prices are reasonable and they do good work. Communication with them is excellent and they're very responsive often coming out the same day.

I needed help with the plumbing and septic system on a foreclosure house I just purchase. The house had been vacant for over a year and the condition and location of the septic system was unknown. The kitchen rain was also completely stopped up, and the longest snake I had didn't find the problem. Chris's Plumbing give me a quote over the phone, and came out the following Monday. There was a little confusion as to the appointment time, but it all worked out. The crew that came out were friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the system to me which will allow me to do most maintenance myself in the future. Turned out the kitchen clog was a very solid grease clog 50' away from the kitchen and required multiple attempts to fully clear it. Cost was right in-line with the quote, even with the extra effort to clear the line clog and the extra nasty septic tank cleanout effort .

We had a clogged pipe which backed up 2 sinks, a dishwasher and laundry washer. We called them this morning and they came out the same afternoon and took care of the problem in a fast and courteous manor.

We were concerned when we started seeing water leaks in our downstairs living room. After a few days of noticing the spots getting larger and larger we knew we had to call someone. Chris's plumbing was one of the first to pop up in a google search and I have seen their vehicles around town quite frequently. I called around 10 am to see if they had any openings, the receptionist said she could have someone out here that afternoon. I instantly felt at ease that I knew I could have someone at my house the same day of calling someone. 2 pm rolls around and I received a phone call that our plumber was on the way which i appreciated. Kris was the plumber who was sent to our house. He assessed all possible solutions and went over each and every single one with us. We felt comfortable with him and felt that he knew his 'stuff'. In and out within about an hour and a half and everything was taken care of. Will definitely be using Chris's plumbing in the future as well as recommending their services to our friends and family.

After discovering what I thought was a plumbing blockage and having a plumber snake my drain, I found my septic tank to be at max capacity. After calling a couple companies in the nearby area, Chris's was the only that could have a truck on my property the same day. Chris arrived in a couple hours and was professional and pleasant to deal with.

Our drains were clogged and water had backed up in the house. Since we hadn't cleaned out the septic tank since we moved in, we thought that would solve the problem. The tech arrived about three hours later than expected because of problems with other scheduled jobs. The tech had a few minor problems with our clean out but solved them quite readily. After the job was completed, the drains were still not working properly so he figured there was a clog somewhere in the pipes. He called the service and got a plumber out there in about 45 minutes. The plumber went up on the roof to clear the drain and within the hour we were able to get things back to normal. Since the plumber was an emergency call I had to pay the after hours fee which was worth every penny to get our water service back in running order. I would definitely recommend Chris's Plumbing for their professionalism.

no actual service occured. the dispatcher was a complete jerk. in a SERVICE INDUSTRY this shouldn't happen. we may not have been customers today (thank god) but I promise we never will.

I called to get an appointment for an estimate on remodeling my bathroom and was given price ranges over the phone (only company to do that). I explained what I was wanting to do. I called back later in week to discuss a particular type of drrain I want installed and was told someone would call me. I had to call back 3 times to finally get someone on the phone. It turns out they are a service comapny and don't do remodeling. I could have moved on a lot sooner if I had been told that up front.

I have been happy with their services before, plumbing repair and septic clean out. Lee is the best clean out guy in the county. I called for a drain field estimate and was told I would get a call back with in a day. A week to ten days later I called again. It still took three days before I received a call. By that we had decided on another company to do the work .

I have used them quite often, and friends have used them as well. They were reasonable on the faucets because when I went to Home Depot, the price of the faucet was more expensive than what they were charging me. When they put my water heater a few years back, I had gone to Home Depot to buy a water, the price was the water heater and installation was much more expensive than Chris's. Chris was charging me as much as the water heater. That was a big deal to me, and I have recommended them to quite a few people, and nobody has ever complained about him. They were local and I had used them before. They were punctual, and they cleaned up and didn't leave a mess. A friend of mine lost his mother, and his hot water heater went out the day of the funeral, and I told him to call Chris's and they were out that morning.

It went well.The plumber was able to clear the line. He spent more than an hour and spent most of the time on the roof.We have not had any problems since the repair was completed

p the n concluesion Work order called for an above ground shut off valve to be installed about a two hour job water lines are about eight inches deep. what was done: rerouted water line to bring it 2 to 3 feet away from house (never happened) also installed new shut off valve(nothing wrong with the old one) and new meter box (wasn't any thing wrong with the old one so for some reason? he buried the old one) then finally on to the work that was actually call for the above ground shut off valve which should have consisted of 5 90 one ball valve and 2 feet 3/4 inch pvc pipe. Parts List: 1 METER BOX 14ft 3/4 PVC 5 3/4 MALE ADAP 2 3/4 PVC COUP 8 3/4 PVC 90 1 3/4 BALL VALVE 1 3/4 GATE VALVE 1 3/4 GALV ST 90 2 3/4 METRE NIPPLE 1 3/4 GALV NIPPLE 1 3/4 PVC 45 In conclusion no one likes getting ripped off but Chris took advantage of the fact that I was out of town and would never had said any thing until I had another plumbing issue and had to dig up the same area and found the old meter box approached Chris to no avail

Professional answering service picked up, gave them my info, told me I would receive a callback from Chris'. 30 mins passed; no callback. Called the answering service back to reiterate urgency. Chris' called back and said a truck was in the area and would try to catch them before they headed back to home base. No callback, but a truck under a different name showed up at the house shortly thereafter and pumped the septic tank. Communication was a little daunting, but I chalked it up to them defaulting to get the job done same day. We were thrilled, nevertheless. We will definitely use them again.

They were out within an hour, and worked very quickly. Went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. Wonderful service.

We started to notice terrible smelling water leaking from under the toilet then actual toilet paper bubbling back up from the shower drain. With this being one of our first experiences with well water and septic, we didn't know what was going on, but found out the septic tank needed to be drained from the landlord. We called several other companies but with all the flooding, lots of other people are having the same problem so the soonest we could get an appointment was at least a few days to a week. With our problem, it would be tough to wait that long, because we couldn't wash clothes, take showers, flush the toilet, or barely even wash our hands without more leaking. Chris's Plumbing was about the 5th or 6th company we called and they got here in 2 hours! The driver, Len, was great, funny, and explained exactly what happened and why it happened to septic novices like us and made it easy to understand. He had our septic tank completely drained and empty within about 30 minutes. Very professional and efficient and we're SO glad to have our normal water usage back, thanks again!

They arrived and cleared sewer. They were only there about 35 minutes. They charged me for overtime even though that was not stated. They also did a poor job of clearing sewer. It clogged again a week later. They did not warranty their work. Another company cleared line and told us they thought it was the county problem. We called the county and it was on their side. The second company saved us at least $1000. When I called the company the owner was rude and condescending. I would NOT use him again.

Last year - Jan. 2011 we had a death in the family and on the day that several out of town family members were coming to stay with us, the hot water heater exploded and we had water all over the garage, not to mention no hot water in the house. I called Chris' Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend, explained the situation and they were out here within the hour replacing the hot water heater. They had asked me questions over the phone so they knew exactly what to bring with them when they came. I don't remember the cost, but whatever it was, it was worth it. Last week we discovered a leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms, we remembered the great service we had received from Chris', so we called them again and made an appointment. They came at the scheduled time, they were very professional and did not charge us an arm and a leg. Most recently, this past Saturday we had to call them again when my husband and his friend were patching the drywall to the ceiling where the leak had been fixed - when they accidentally drilled a nail into the water pipe. Once again, they told us how long it would be before the plumber on call could be here, what we should do while we waited and kept in constant contact with us as to the progress on the plumber on call and the job he was currently working. When it was apparent that the plumber had run into some problems with his current job, the dispatcher called in the back-up for the one on call and he was here within half an hour. He replaced the pipe that had the hole and was in and out in about an hour. The charge for the emergency call and repair was approximately $240.00. I would definitely use Chris' Plumbing again and will recommend them to anyone who needs a referral.

I want to give a special thanks to Jose, the service rep. Was here right at 8:29 with a smile and did his job in a professional manner. Being over 65 and disabled, he took the time to let me know what was going to be done and he proceeded to do it. Listened to my war stories as he worked and had that smile on his face all the time. I chose Chris's Plumbing because they did an excellent job when they installed a new drainfield for us in 2004. That was also the last time the septic tank was drained. (I won't wait so long next time.) I called early Saturday morning and found myself first in line for service. I did not want to wait until Monday as I was having problems with my system so I gladly paid the extra $25 charge. Len arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional and personable as he went about his work. He explained everything he was doing in addition to answering all my questions. He took the time to make sure everything was in order before finishing up. Clean up was also good. I know I can count on them which is a good feeling. I'm a very happy customer.
