They did a really good job! What he really did was carpet refurbishment. He spent a lot of time, he also had sophisticated equipment, It cost three hundred dollars because the carpet was in such bad shape. It is white carpet and it has been in here twenty two years. He said next time he would come back; if I don't wait a full year, and do the regular deep cleaning without doing the refurbishing. He also said that he wouldn't charge me that much. He is a person that I would highly recommend. The price was more than I expected, but he warned me beforehand. I thought that I would have to replace this carpet but he made it passable, so that I can now have people enter the apartment, which I was not doing before. This was done in April. I think that they had one of these deals where it was so many square feet for a certain amount, but I leveled with him and told him that he would need a truck mounted machine as it was not the average job. I told him that the carpet was horrendously dirty and he said that he would let me know how much he would charge before he did it. He does not move furniture, but nobody does anymore because of the liability. He did a job of making a twenty two year old carpet that I had given up for dead, brand new. We spill a lot of food on it, people tracking and so forth, it is a tough job. I think he was a little hard to get in touch with because he is out on jobs and I had to call him to confirm if he was coming. He said that he had already told me that he was coming. For what he did, the price was fair.
