Great; on time and no problems

It went very well. Gary was very responsive to questions, etc. The installation process was done quickly.

Gary was very detailed in his diagnosis of the current state of our soft water conditioner. He made some adjustments and we will see if this will fix the issue at hand. Gary did not charge anything during the visit and offered some great information about conditioners & purifiers.

The service was quick , efficient and friendly. Was available after service was rendered to troubleshoot another problem we where unable to resolve ourselves that was unrelated to our new system. Very happy with service and would highly recommend him.

I originally called to get a existing system (whirlpool) fixed, as our water pressure dropped drastically. Gary was fast and willing to come out the next day. Because of my work schedule, I waited a week. Gary explained why ours couldn't be repaired. We ended up purchasing a brand new system that is a water softener and purifier, that he installed 2 days later. He provided a Lifetime warranty on the tank, 3 yrs on other parts and 1 year on installation. Very pleasant, quick and he explained everything very well.

They were very nice to do business & the water system works great too. The water is soft & drinkable everywhere in the house. No more bad odors & no more bad tasting water. What a difference It's nice to deal with straight forward company & people who still take pride in their work. We felt much better knowing that we were working with the oldest water company in the area & a company with a great reputation too. Besides getting the water system, we ended up ordering a houseful of custom high efficiency windows too. The new windows are just beautiful. We replaced some very old crank out windows & most didn't open. We stared with just a few windows, but we ended up getting more after seeing how nice they were We highly recommend American water & windows

I made appointments for estimates from three companies. One was a plumber, a water softener company and America Water and Windows. The first two estimates were both between $2300-$2600 which I felt based on my research was high. Gary came to my home last and he immediately recognized the home and the old unit which he installed nearly 17 years ago. He explained the process and even further enlightened me on some of the tricks that other companies will try to sell you that are actually unnecessary. Gary arrived on time, performed the work and the system works perfectly. Very professional and a nice guy. I highly recommend Gary the Waterman for any work you need.

Gary Bancroft took my call and arranged a visit. He arrived on time and explained his service clearly and accurately. I found his presentation satisfactory and agreed to purchase his system. Gary personally delivered and installed the system the following Saturday. Although I was somewhat surprised at the amount of inflation since I last purchased this type of equipment, I believe that the quality of the system is first rate and the price reasonable. Gary is very personable and well versed in his product. I would recommend his services.
