Description of Work: This company repaired our tile roof and was very good at explaining what work was being done and why. Options for completing the job were discussed as well as we needed several tiles replaced. In the end we opted to use tiles we already had to replace the broken tiles as well as getting new ones ordered to complete the repairs. We also had them paint our roof so the color would look uniform when the job was completed. We felt that all was done as described and was professionally completed.

Description of Work: replace and existing roof and deck boards, they were on task and provided information for me as was needed when there were additional items needed for repair. this also came with photos prior to making the repairs and an an explanaton.

Description of Work: Removed original roof and installed a completely new roof. They arrived as planned and worked continuously . The job was done in 1 1/2 days! The yard was very clean when they left. From the owner Richard L and the supervisors and technicians, I would highly recommend all of them. Very competitive pricing and warranty. Description of Work: Need to cancel this order: Roofer came onsite today and wanted to charge $10,000. to do the job because the roof is 2,200 square feet. The coupon states "This offer is the replacement of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of roof shingles (which will cover many 2 story homes completely) but if you have a larger home or ranch style home you will receive a discount on any additional square footage needed at the reduced price of only $3.25 a square foot!" Which means at most, he should be charging and additional $650.

Description of Work: I called Allstar Roofing & Repair to give me an estimate and talked to a Mr Levy. He said that he would try to come that evening but would give me a call before he did so. He did not call or show up. The next day I called again and left a message as no one answered. No one called back so I just quit on this company.

+ -1 morei had a flat roof put on my home about 5 years ago. but as soon as i started having problems with my roof my roofer was no where to be found. after a long search i gave up and started looking through the "Flyer" for a new roofer. i found a couple and had them come out for a look at my leaks. All-star roofing was the only company that showed up on time for there appointment. they were also the only company that didn't try to make me replace my WHOLE ROOF. everyone else told me my roof was "shot" after just 5 years. they did a great job on my summer home. they started when they said they would and finished when they said they would. i could ask for more. 50 years experience and being a family ran business was also a large factor that put my mind at ease. thank you very much ALL-STAR ROOFING!
Description of Work: richard was amazing and kept in contact with me at all time. he took pictures to show me progress and when he was done you couldnt even tell he had been there.
