I hired Luciana to install crown molding, we needed the work done by today and they keep assuring us that would happen they gave us an invoice for work not completed, I should have known I was going to have a problem and the only thing left was to finish crown molding and paint it, they said that they will be here at 1 and one guy shows up and he brought his High School daughter, the first thing he ask me is for a ladder, he did not have the proper tools and he just keep cutting and cutting and wasting the material I paid for and I said to him your done, so I called Luciana and said that they are done
