+ -1 moreNeeded a new vinyl liner for the pool. He answered the phone call, which I liked, so my questions could be answered (as opposed to a secretary). He was scheduled a few weeks out but let me know of an earlier availability when it arose. Communication was great and response to my message was rapid. He ensured small details would be included in the quoted price and even suggested the upgraded items at no additional charge. 50% down and the remaining balance at completion of service (quoted estimate is what I paid). The best part is that he has a voice perfect for movie trailers!

+ -1 moreGene Neill is the owner, His company is wonderful! We had no worries at all from start to finish! We had all this done long distance, came highly recommend by pool service companies in area. (Dunnellon Fl) He went to home messured out the inground pool, ordered it came in two weeks. We then where in Fl, he called, came to home installed liner, went in with no problems, watch over it until it was full, came back and checked on it...called us. After job was done (one day to install) and the pool was filled he called to make sure we had no problems and we are so happy. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GENE NEILL'S COMPANY COOLWATER POOLS.
Description of Work: Gene Neill is the owner, He was wonderful! Came when he said he was going to, messured out inground pool area, came back and installed liner...We had no worries, he came back and checked job out, called after to make sure we where happy and all good. His company is EXCELLENT!
