Description of Work: Tracy and his crew came in to prep and repaint our deck. It also involved disconnecting, moving, replacing and reconnecting a 7.5 X 7.5 foot hot tub. |When the hot tub was moved, the floor joists and deck were rotten. He gave me a separate price from the original cost. He then repaired the deck, repainted and reconnected in a timely manner. Excellent job and very fair price.

Description of Work: Tracy remodeled our bathroom. He removed old tub and rebuilt into a walk in shower. He took the time with us to discuss options and plan out our choices. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Description of Work: Paint and used the wrong color even though I gave him the number of the color to get (he used puckey green instead). Carpentry installed. Closed in walk in closet badly, very hard to open drawers (put in too tight), didn't use all the shelves sent by HomepoHome Depot. Assembled a chair (sent 6 mails to leave off the arms so so it could roll under the desk). He put the arms and didn't want to them off, however when I said I wouldn't pay the balance he took them off. He is a slob and really stupid, he doesn't listen. He left paint spots all over the floors and didn't clean it up. He left smears all over the front which the management had to repaint. He left bowel movement smears in both toilets. I sent another six emails to put the long mirror behind the master bedroom door. He put it behind the bathroom door then realized that he had made a mistake. Took it down, broke it and had to buy a new one like the first. I found glass from the beveled mirror in a box left behind. He then put the mirror behind the bedroom door. Manage found he had left my front unlock and were very disturbed. You can not believe the disgusting mess he left behind as well not installing the closet the way it should have been installws. I would suggest you not use this so called handyman. The only handyman work he is capable of is ruining an apartment. The people that gave him good rating must be deaf, dumb and blind. Feel free to call me.

Description of Work: He called promptly and asked me to go to his website and fill in my details. This I did but I never heard back from him.

Description of Work: Repaired damage to exterior windows and siding caused by squirrels. Excellent workmanship.

Description of Work: Pressure washed, repaired and stained three large decks with railings....pressure washed house. Replaced carport doors...leveled one deck. Very large project.

Description of Work: No services were performed. He was to do some handy work and got me in a conversation about painting. He had on a Porter paint shirt. I didn't want painting performed and had to call him in the evening to tell him I didn't want painting after saying he would paint all the nicked up places.

Description of Work: I contacted Tracy through his website... it's a good website where he'll email you an estimate based on the work you need done. At first we had some communication and scheduling issues, but worked it out just fine. The work included installing a new exterior door and frame, re-hanging some large curtain rods and patching drywall, and some other basic handyman work. He was very knowledgable and professional and did a nice job. I would recommend him and I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Removed toilet, & broken tile. Replaced with tile I provided. Installed new wzax ring on toilet & remounted. Cleaned up well upon completion. Some minor trim work involved. I knew what needed to be done, but at my age I can't do the physical lifting involved.
