This is where I tell you how great my company is. Instead, this is what my wife has to say. My name is Holly Gerrell and my husband of 27 years, Mike, is a licensed Florida contractor. For the past 26 years he has repaired, remodeled, and even built residential houses here in Tallahassee and is retiring. Again. Mike did retire some years ago and that did NOT work out for any of us because the man needs to fix things. So I suggested he semi-retire and go out and repair other people's homes because he would break things in our own home so he has something to fix. As a licensed contractor, Mike accumulated a wealth of knowledge about problem solving just about any issue a home might have and is a friendly, affable, and often humorous man that will talk your ear off if you let him. So if you have something you need fixing and want someone who is experienced and licensed, I am asking you to please hire my husband and get him out of my house while it is still in one piece.

We pride ourselves in our employee screening process and protect them with all the required documents. We give free estimates on all jobs, commercial or residential and take a 25 - 33% down payment upon closing on a contract. "Delta Management Review You really need to like the people you are working with when undertaking a project as long and involved as our bathroom renovation. We ended up not just liking all of the people in the Delta Management team –which in our case was Stacy Bell, her father John Bell and the amazing Melissa, who made up the last of the Delta triumvirate—but loving them. And, as we repeatedly told the three of them, we liked every single person they brought into our house to work on our new bathroom—the carpenters, the electricians, the plumbers, the tilers, the plasterers, the finishers-- people who have been working with Delta Management for decades. It became like one big happy, project-oriented family. Really. We met with Stacy, John and Melissa many, many times as they helped us think about and draw up a dozen different bathroom layouts. They listened patiently as we made up and then changed our minds about how much bigger our bathroom addition was going to be; if it was going to have a window or not; if it was going to be tile or wainscotting; it we were going to go period or opt for something more modern—all those hugely major decisions that come with doing a not-inexpensive renovation. It is taking us a little while to feel worthy. We’ve even invited friends over just to show off the bathroom. A sad commentary in some ways. But a fitting tribute, actually, to the care, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail that transformed our one and only bathroom.
