They did not show nor call to cancel for appointment I'd set several days in advance. When I spoke to Mr. Brock he complained about Angie's list customers wanting estimates then him not getting the business. I told him I didn't need an estimate. The job was simple, maybe an hours work. Perhaps he felt the job was too little for him to bother with. In any case he is not to be relied on.

Mr. Brock and his associate performed a walk-through prior to beginning work to determine exactly where all electrical outlets and switches would be located, where fans and lighting would go and where the main electric panel would be placed. They scheduled a day for work to begin and arrived as scheduled. They worked in a very professional and organized fashion and did excellent work, which passed County inspection. Mr. Brock and his associate are very meticulous in every aspect of their work. We would not hesitate to recommend Brock's Electrical Service.

My husband called them on Monday 5/12 and they actually could have come out that afternoon but no one was going to be home, we scheduled an appointment for them at 8:30 the next morning and they arrived on time, figured out what was wrong quickly and fixed the problem. It went very smooth, we have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.
