Description of Work: I'm still waiting for a landscaping plan. Had meeting with owner about a month ago and we decided what I needed. He was to come back to measure, etc. but never returned. I called him last week and he said he'd been on vacation. He said he'd bring me plans on Saturday morning and I was ready to garden. About 1pm I called and left a message that I had an appointment and had to leave, but would be back about 4. No plan yet. I'd just like my money back from Angie's list. It was a $50 special that was only aggravation.

Description of Work: He said he has some kind of a plan. As near as I can tell he did show up on the weekend he was supposed to be here. The week after he said he could not come out because he had jury duty. He promised to call me back. Never did. Last week he said one of his associates would deliver it. Still no plans. I have never received a call back.

Description of Work: Did a great job cleaning the gutters and roof. Asked them to also clean up the yard. They were paid extra for this but cut down some perinials to the ground and broke off one of the slats on our new 8 foot wood privacy fence and just leaned it back in place without reattaching the slat. My husband made the repair when he came home.Other wise gutters were cleaned nicely and roof as well.

Description of Work: Blessed Lawn Care came to my home as I headed out to pick my children up from school. When I returned, they told me the job was complete. Two weeks later, I had another company remove my gutters from the back of the house because I was adding a screened in area. The gutter was ABSOLUTELY NOT CLEANED! I paid for a service that was NOT done. I called Blessed Lawn care when I saw the un-cleaned gutter, spoke with the owner and gave him the opportunity to come back out to complete the job. I did not want to be upset with the service and I wanted to work with the owner on a solution. He agreed to come back and finish the job. I am still waiting....it has now been 3 weeks and still no word from the owner. |At this point, I would like my money back since the job was NOT completed
