Description of Work: The deal was 4 hours of work for $120. They arrived at 615pm. I had 2 jobs for them. Cut down the overgrown weeds and shrubs in my backyard. A+. Job 2 was pull and replace Pinestraw around my very small pool flower beds. F. Did not attempt and left at 845. Paid for 4 hours work, got an incomplete job for 2 and a half hours work.

Description of Work: I hired them for tree trimming and debris removal. They did not show up the 1st scheduled appointment. I called, rescheduled and they did not show up the 2nd time. The following week, I came home from work and they had mowed my grass and edged my driveway without talking to me. I had just mowed my yard the previous weekend, so it did not need mowing yet. In the process, they cut the invisible fence for my dog while edging and managed to put our hammock stand in the deep end of the pool and left it there. | |I basically wasted $120 and created more work for myself. I would not recommend their services. |

Description of Work: Paid for the Gutter Cleaning, Roof Debris Removal, and a Gutter Tune-Up. Scheduled the service and they ended up coming the day before we had scheduled it. Unfortunately, I was not home when the service was performed (had already scheduled to be home the day we agreed the service was to be performed), so I could not point out specifically the issues for the gutter tune up to address (which was the main point of getting the service). After contacting them back they indicated this wasn't part of the service (gutter tune up), and that Angie's List told them it was not part of the service (yet the Big Deal continues to contain this language). Eventually, they agreed to perform tune up, but I had to buy new gutter brackets. After this time, it took approximately 5 - 10 calls and failed appointment times to get them to eventually come and perform the gutter tune up. The main person is very nice though.

He is very professional and a very very nice man. Everybody seems happy with him. He is very good and I would recommend him. My husband says that the cutting is very good but the edging is not as good as he would do it himself.
