Description of Work: Don, the owner/operator of BLS came to my mothers home to provide the lawn service I paid for thru Angie's List. He was supposed to pick up leaves, trim shrubs, edge and blow the driveway. He only mowed the back yard and trimmed the shrubs and mulched the trimmings with his powerful zero-turn commercial mower and did not pick up any leaves. He promised to return in a few weeks to complete the job (front yard). After 3 rescheduled appointments over several months, Don will no longer return my phone calls. I am in the process of hiring another lawn service as Blessed Lawncare Service is not dependable and does not do the work he says he will. It's bad when the vendor won't answer the phone or return your calls, but then he got my money up front! Very, Very Disappointed!

Description of Work: Completely cleaned, mowed, and trimmed entire yard after months of neglect. We had agreed upon a price and they scheduled a time very soon after I called. I was pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Don did a great job of trimming the azaleas around my house (25-30)! He showed up on time, cleaned up all trimmings, and was professional in every way. I am most happy to recommend him and hope to use his excellent services again.

Description of Work: Don seems to be a great guy, but did not read info provided when I purchased offer because he called asking for my address. I always write that I have speech problems due to cerebral palsy. When he called, I offered to text him which he appreciated, but instead of texting me back, he called! He did not seem to care about the times I listed as being the best for me. When he came out, he said it would take more than 2 hrs. but I told him I'd accept whatever he could do in 2 hrs. He rescheduled for the next day. It rained and he called and rescheduled it for Sat. March 28 but was a no show.

Description of Work: Blessed Lawncare Service did an ok job in cleaning up my yard and debris. However, they didn't finish the job and left large piles of leaves that still needed to be bagged. There was no phone call indicating that more time was needed to complete the job.

Description of Work: They did weeding and blew the driveway. They did not do what I asked them to do. Maybe they did not understand my directions. The owner was very personable and was a good worker.
