Description of Work: Please...clone this man!!! Simple need for 1 screen panel to be replaced. First phone call..he answered the phone! He did quick estimate next day and called me.! He called and came the following day and did repair...and a friendly nice person. ! Please...if he can't be cloned, can he teach other businesses about good business practices..and customer service.

+ -1 moreWhen I provided my address (Cape Coral 33914) he refused the opportunity, the reason being that the price of gasoline was too high to make the trip (40 miles) worthwhile. He said "you must have got my name from Angie's List". Those are the simple facts, making this not much of a review. "Responsiveness" rates an F from the customer's point of view: how can a vendor be any less responsive than refusing an opportunity?
Description of Work: I called to get a quote on repairing or replacing the screen on a pool cage.

Description of Work: I have a two story pool cage. Bill has been very forthcoming with information regarding quality of screen they use. Initially we were going to change only about 7 panels, however since the cage is 6 years old and it did show sun damage to the screen, we decided to replace the whole cage (about 2000 ft of linear screen cable to hold screens in). It took them two days to do it. They have finished on time, clean-up after the work and so far no problems. The pool cage looks great. I have to give Bill big thumbs up for being able to get guys working on the 23 ft high cage. I had several contractors who would not even touch it.

He came, did an excellent job of repairing the screen, and left his business card for us so that we would know he had been there and gotten his payment. Although I would not trust just anyone to work on my home when I am not there, William Howard Rescreen is reliable and honest.
Description of Work: Because my husband and I both work full time, we were happy to find that Mr. Howard is very trustworthy and would do work when we were not at home. He charged $50.00 to replace a very large screen panel on our lanai.

+ -1 moreWas only slightly higher in price than the lowest bidder, but went with him because he was more thorough in his bidding and has a good reputation in online ratings. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and final result.
Description of Work: Completely re-screened the pool deck cage and small front porch. Completed the entire job in 3.5 hr with one helper. Screen was put on tight and neat, unlike the original screen which was loose on some panels.

+ 1 moreMr. Howard was prompt to come out and quote the job for a screened swimming pool enclosure (cage). His price was so competitive that I couldn't believe it was true, but his references were most enthusiastic and corroborated his abilities. He replaced the gutter on the house and rerouted a downspout to ensure that the rain water was properly routed. He even provided larger entry doors as an incentive to get the job. The installation was completed in its entirety in a single day!
Description of Work: William Howard Rescreening designed, fabricated and installed a screened swimming pool enclosure (cage) on our pool deck.

When he gave us his estimate (one of three we received) he advised us to have the hedge trimmed around the outside of the pool cage so the plants would not get damaged unduly (and which we did). He was on-time, came with a helper and completed most of the work in one day. He came back to finish the next morning. He also re-screened three screens to sliding patio doors and included them in his estimate. He was personable and good to work with. We were very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Mr. Howard re-screened our pool enclosure. He removed the old screen and replaced it. He also replaced the screen door to the pool enclosure with a new one.
