iWe negotiated the price.  Although I thought it was high, I was in need of the service and couldn't find anybody else at the time.  At the time we talked price, I was told it might take more than a day but in reality it only took maybe 4 hours.  My big complaint is that no ropes were used in lowering branches from the tree to the ground.  Rather the large branches were thrown from the roof causing breakage of plants and garden fixtures.  Also my A/C was loaded with debris.  I thought they were not careful about my property.  The trees were cut OK, but the sloppiness was reallly disappointing.

He is a trained arborist and he's excellent.  He's prompt and cleans up well.  After all of his things, they pick it up and throw it in the truck for no extra charge.  One time when he was here, I tripped over a tiny step and broke my shoulder.  They came in and picked me up so he's there to help you with anything you want.  He won't stout my lawn and he's very reliable.  The other two providers I've used weren't careful with the lawn.
