Description of Work: My Windows 8 tablet has been having major crash issues for a while. The technician said the don't usually work on tablets, but since it was a Windows system that he would take a look at it. He called me within 2 days to say that he was able to duplicate all the issues I had listed and that I would need to send it in to Samsung as it was defininatly a hardware issue. I appreciated his honesty. The cost? $0.00. To quote him, "if we can't the problem, we don't charge anything. That's just the way we roll."! The name of this business has changed it's name to something like Cyber Computer.

Description of Work: My son needed his laptop fixed and was looking for someone who wasn't as far from our home to get it repaired. He drove his computer over to this man, who gave him an estimate that was double what our regular guy charges. Our son decided to drive a lttle further to save a lot.
