After wasting $60 to have someone come over and hose down my unit, take a few temperature readings and recommend a new unit because mine was too old, I decided to look for another AC repair company. Temperature Patrol, LLC arrived several hours after my call, no waiting. After accessing my system Jeremy told me the drain line was clogged and the unit needed to be recharged. He told me my unit was only 3 years old and showed me how to find the info on the unit. He recharged my unit and it is working fine. He was such a blessing after the previous bad experience. He's also a family owned business, which I try to use as much as possible. Highly recommend.

Didn't try to oversell stuff I dont need. Explained the benefits of additional productS my original unit installer never even mentioned. Such as uv light for handler and booster for the compressor. Pricing is right on par with other companies but the quality of work and the gentleman doing the work is superior. I called them on Saturday they came out on Monday. I am very satisfied and highly reccomend. The owner was the one who came out. He even fixed something i messed up... i tore some wiring with my weed Wacker and didn't realize it, and at no charge!

I called Temperature Patrol to have them perform any necessary preventative maintenance on the 9 year old A/C system at our new home. Jeremy did a thorough job going through our system, but there was no pressure whatsoever to buy anything. I now feel far more comfortable about calling when we DO have an issue....which we all know is not an "if" scenario here in Florida, but a given "when"! If you're going to hire someone to work on your HVAC system, it just make sense to me to establish a relationship based on trust with them first!

OMG!!! I finally found an AC company I can trust! Jeremy came out promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Temperature Patrol was actually my second opinion. Best Home services told me I needed a new AC but I felt uncomfortable seeing that Best Home Services would not diagnose the problem. Temperature Patrol told me the problem was a dirty filter!! I have maintained my AC 2-3 times a year and I don t believe anyone has ever changed the filter. Thanks Jeremy for being so honest you have saved me many thousands.
