+ -1 moreStanley Steamer Ft. Myers picked up their phone when other companies did not. They were able to come out next day. Their pricing was the best by far. The two gentlemen were very polite and got the job done fast. I would HIGHLY recommend them again and we are definitely going to be using them for our other buildings / rentals. Call & ask for Steffanie - She was very helpful.

+ -1 moreI am giving them a D only because they did show up as scheduled. I showed them the carpet with areas that needed attention, left to do gardening chores 15 mins later, Yes 15 minutes later, they were packing up said they were done. The carpet was minimally cleaner but could see near the baseboards not touched. Hire someone else.

+ 1 moreI decided to go with them because the price was right and I wanted to have the tile and carpet cleaned. I was going to replace the tile, but I decided to hold off while I made some decisions. They did the best job they could, but they can't work miracles. They were very courteous.

Description of Work: I'm a real estate agent and do lots of rentals. I always use Stanley Steemer when I get a unit ready for new tenants. I have been very pleased with the work they have done for me. There have been several cases in which I thought the owners would have to replace carpets because they were so badly soiled. I have been amazed many times with how great these carpets look after they have been cleaned!!

+ -1 moreWe've lived here for 15 years and I think we've used them before. We've used other carpet care companies and we've had the fewest problems with Stanley Steamer. I don't think we've had any complaints with them. Their price was good because I had a coupon. I would use them again in the future if need be.
Description of Work: We used Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner in March 2011. They did the whole house this time.
