Description of Work: Remodeling- painting, replacing doors & faucets, installing approx. 1200 square feet of our engineered wood flooring. Inexperienced laborers were left unsupervised much of the time- adhesive was tracked all over the new floor- and left for weeks, so large amounts of solvent was used for clean-up. No floor prep was done- no moisture test, leveling or moisture barrier put down. Floor began buckling, finish eroding, and black & white stains appearing. Mr. Lewis has been sent pictures, numerous e-mails and texts. We did happen to speak with him about 4 months ago, and he indicated he would get back to us. We have not heard from him- he does not respond to our messages- He does not stand behind his work at all. We were forced to have the flooring removed- at a cost of $4500. All 1200 square feet of maple flooring has had to be replaced.
