Description of Work: We thought the icicles hanging off the edge of the roof were pretty. Now I know why my dad said they were an ugly sight. We just started seeing the water damage on the ceiling about a month ago, and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. Now we know! Thanks for literally climbing through our house and checking for the damages spread. Dad said each year it would have gotten worse, so were thankful you fixed everything from the ceiling to the roof was dry enough after I cleaned it up, but when the floor started with the rumpling, I knew it was still wet underneath. Thanks for getting it dry and getting the floor redone.
