Horrible, I recommend not using this company
Description of Work: Rerouted floor five different times and not capable of doing so. Jim Sanders owner said he wasn’t covering the floor anymore without even coming to look at it. Recommendation is do not Use sandstar. See pictures below

Installation was discussed fully with us on where we wanted to install the system. The unit was installed by the AC contractor, followed by the electrician and then completed by the AC contractor all within the same day. All work was done in a professional manner with full attention paid to minimal disturbance to the exterior of our home. All debris was removed by the contractor. The work was started in the morning and by early afternoon you would never had known anyone had been working on the house. We are very, very pleased.

Description of Work: We contacted them in March came out to our home to measure. John said he would get back to us with a plan and price , we did not hear from him after a month we emailed , did not hear back. Two month later he emailed and asked if we were still interested , we said yes. Once again we did not hear back until June when he emailed again saying if we were interested this was after I called his office and he did not return our call. He wasted several months of our time waiting for his proposal.

Contractor & all subs were 1st class in quality & were very thorough. Extra attention was made to accommodate for disruption of the household functioning. It took longer than expected, but was worth it for the finished product.

The job went flawlessly. The cabinet design and construction were completed on time. The installation , when complete was simply beautiful. Couldn't be happier.
