Employees very nice and clean up well after. Perfect everything so far. Very happy with this company and Ron owner super guy. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreSee preceding paragraph. Short answer: they are invisible and therefore no customer service. Too bad, they are otherwise highly rated for the quality of the work.
Description of Work: Based on other reviews here I made numerous attempts to contact them by phone. I even came to Florida and went in personally to the business in P**** Gorda and spoke to one of the owner's brothers. He said someone would come by my house that day and give me an estimate. I stayed home all day waiting but no one ever showed up. I called the next day and left yet another message. No response from anyone since then. If I hadn't seen their business location I would not believe they exist. If they are just too busy for new business why not say so on a recording or something? I had another company put in a 10 x 30 concrete dock...business I tried to give to Parr Marine.

Description of Work: replaced belts and drive pulleys on the lift. reconfigured the cradle to fit new boat, making sure that it was a perfect fit for a boat with a keel. installed an aluminum side walk way on the lift for better access to the boat while on the lift.

+ -1 moreWhile they were here I was talking to them about the ladders that go from the dock into the water, which they installed, which is great idea to anyone looking to get a boat lift installed. They came back the next day and installed it. The quality of the work was great. They were punctual, and showed up when they said they were going to. They are reliable.
Description of Work: They repaired a boat lift with wear and tear over 10 years of not being used.

+ -1 moreIt was all-around a positive experience. Ron Parr met with us in advance to determine our desires and advised accordingly. His crew was professional and courteous during the installation. This is the second time we hired Parr Marine and would do it a third time if another job presents itself. It says alot about a company when an owner or family member of a business cares enough about people and the quality of work to get out of their air conditioned office and perform the work themselves. A big thank you to Ron and our hats off to the crew for a job well done.
Description of Work: Installed 64' concrete dock with bumper pilings, 16,000 pound boat lift, and 5-step aluminum ladder.

+ -1 moreOutstanding experience. This is a family operated business that really takes their work seriously. No one around here can build a boat lift like these people. They are super engineers as well as constructors. Super quality of construction, and great customer service.
Description of Work: Two concrete docks, with pilings; a 16000 lb. boat lift; a 6000 lb. elevator boat lift, plus ladder and rollers.
