Description of Work: "I called because Fisher&PayPal washer stopped. I was given an estimate of $608.00 to fix it. I said it was just too much. I got the parts directly from the manufacturer for $250.00 and called them back. I could not get a price to install the parts or any desire to install them. |I will never use them again.

Description of Work: (Assume 'F' rating indicates poor.) |Paid a $189 diagnostic fee for a technician who seemed not to know what he was doing. Wanted $409 total for a new icemaker assembly. Went online to YouTube and Amazon. Ordered the assembly for $112 and watched a 'how to' video and installed myself in 10 minutes. Would not use again or recommend. ($189 down the drain!)

Description of Work: They came to fix my refrigerator that had a bad thermostat. Overcharged me for the call even though I did have a maintenance contract and overpriced the cost of a new replacement thermostat. It seems every time they come out on a repair job the customer's standard bill is $300 or over!! I informed them I would not use them again. I installed my own thermostat.

Description of Work: Fixed a burner switch in a glass stove top. Left and it was not installed correctly. We had to recall to fix it. They came and fixed it. Never told us up front it would cost that much money. We are estimating because the cost as it was a few years back. We were very angry that they didn't say what the cost would be up front and would not use them again.

Description of Work: Mr. Appliance (Jim Arte) repaired the ice maker in my refrigerator. He thoroughly tested all applicable parts and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the repair. It was a little pricier than I thought it would be but my ice maker works wonderfully.
