 + -1 moreOver all did a great job and went above and beyond on some activities. Showed up when he said he would. Employees were polite and professional. Addressed some concerns I had about one planting and provided a solution that solved problem. Did more work than I expected for the original quoted price.
Description of Work: Consulted with landscape design, suggested removal of large tree and replacement with Hibiscus, Cocoplum, bougainvilla several bromeliads, etc. a total of 32 plants. general clean up beds where work was done, added additional decorative stone in beds. Trimmed and thinned out a Yucca Bush and Paurotis palm as needed. Also trimmed dead fronds from Palms, provided two potted plants for enhanced privacy on Lanai, relocated tree ring to new location in front yard.

 + -1 moreThe job went very well overall. Final price was actually lower than the estimate due to some last minute design changes. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I don't mind paying for quality and punctuality.
Description of Work: Mark and his crew installed stone mulch and concrete curbing for all beds in our yard. They also put in a concrete paver path through the backyard.

 + -1 moreAbsolutely no complaints with how the landscaping part of the renovation went or the irrigation for that matter. The concrete/paver company was held up by the city permit process and as a result the landscape and irrigation was installed before the driveway and patio when it normally would have been the other way around. Mark made sure to leave space around the driveway and then came back to complete that small portion of the landscaping when the driveway was completed.
Description of Work: A total landscape renovation. One month before, I worked with Mark on a landscape plan. He really listened to our needs and the plants we were interested in and incorporated the ideas and plants into a comprehensive plan. At the proper planting time he removed all existing landscaping (mainly old woody shrubs planted too close to the house) except for one tree and the lawn (which was greatly reduced) and prepared the planting beds. His crew came out and over the course of two days installed a gravel border up against the house, installed all plants, shrubs and palms. He coordinated his work with the irrigation company that installed the drip irrigation in the beds and the concrete/paver company that installed a new concrete driveway and paver patio behind the pool area with paver walkway to dock. Mark was polite, conscientious, and meticulous. He always took my calls or returned my calls promptly. His crew was professional and worked steadily to get the job done. We are very pleased with how the landscaping turned out and have received many compliments from our neighbors.
