Description of Work: Inspection failed to uncover obvious major deficiencies that any homeowner could easily uncover. The cost of repairs will be far more than the cost of the inspection. Thus far, after a brief occupancy, they include a frozen kitchen sink faucet, a rusted out window balance mechanism, and a second window with a broken balance system. HomePro's "Scope of Inspection and Inspection Report" states that the "The findings reflect the inspector's general impressions and opinions based on evidence observed in "snap shot" period of time". If this statement precludes the inspection of the foregoing items, then it is reasonable to expect that a careful buyer of a relatively new property could do a better job of uncovering any deficiencies. Unfortunately, absentee buyers are at the mercy of what professionalism, or lack there of, is available. Additionally, a specific inspection item was forgotten requiring a repeat visit and a final query never answered. Included above.
