FORCEFIELD HURRICANE SHUTTERS

When I ordered my windows and shutters I was told the team would be devoted to my job exclusively until finished. I took off work and altered my schedule for the time frame expected. The original estimate and order was incomplete and delayed installation. The first day the workers showed up at noon and left at 4 PM. The second day arrived at 10 and left at 2PM. They didn't come at all on the third day or the fourth. When I called to complain the owner of the business told me I was being "unreasonable" I responded with I only expect you to do what you promised. On the fifth day they spent the whole day and were able to finish the job. When I asked them why they weren't here all day doing the work they told me it was because the owner kept pulling them off my job to go to other smaller jobs for snowbirds who wanted work done before they left for up north. They left putty all over the window sills on the inside and did not make good seals with the outside caulking. Within two weeks the caulking was brittle and cracking. They installed the wrong window in the bathroom and had to rip it out and change it. They left the glued paper on the outside windows on the top of the house (20+ feet off the ground) and on the inside as well as several marks on the walls at the 16 ft high level on the inside. When asked how I was supposed to remove it the workers just shrugged their shoulders. Now one of the windows is showing signs of a defect..
