Florida Leak Pros

The service rep arrived promptly and found the leak. However, when attempting to expose the leaky pipe so the plumber could repair it, he made a large hole in the main with his large jackhammer. This made the pipe non-repairable and a mess of water gushing everywhere, so the entire main needed to be re-piped. He should have used a smaller tool

This is the 2nd time I have used Leak Pros and both times I have been pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail. Appreciated his calm demeanor in what was a stressful and concerning situation for me!

Leak Pros were great ! We had a leak in our outdoor water lines which service all our hose bibs. After calling a different company, who came out with no equipment and asked me if I had seen any water ( ! ) , our plumbing contractor recommended Leak Pros. We called, made an appointment, and the guys were at our door right on time. After my brief explanation of the problem we were having, they pulled out some equipment went right to work and systematically searched for our leak, which was concealed under the lawn. In no time at all they located the leak and marked the location with a flag. Definitely punctual, polite, and professional !

Called Jerry to have him come out and find out where the water on my carpet was coming from. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone. Set up an appointment for the next day. Excellent communication on the day of the appointment. Showed up on time and went right to work, Found the leak right away and was very nice and professional through the whole process. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing this type of service.
