SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I had to get a new septic, and as a single mom...I got taken advantage of completely. Not only did no one ever return my calls towards the end, but I was lied to constantly. They broke two of my pipes. One they fixed, as it was part of my septic and they had no choice. The other was my well pipe. The owner told me he'd come out and take a look an never showed up or returned any further calls. It was like pulling teeth to get any information from them in the beginning of the project, I was a newbie and had no idea what to expect. Had I not pushed for information and asked questions, they never would have told me they broke my pipes. The owner, Ronnie, flat out told me he lost a lot of money doing my job, and at one point he took the bulldozer away in the middle of my septic install to use it for another job. It left me hanging for about a week with no work on my job. What should have taken four days took over two weeks. They blamed the incorrect digging on the health inspector, when I came to find out it was all on them. They are responsible for noting the correct place to dig, not the inspector. I have a claim against them to take responsibility for the well pipe break but do not expect a positive outcome. Over two months later and I am still leaking. I did not even want to give them ONE star, so if you want to be jerked around and lied to and have sub par work done...by all means call Ronnie at Elrod.
