 + -1 moreExcellent. The estimator arrived as scheduled. He provided a very clear quote with several pricing options. After agreement on a contract,, we scheduled an installation date within a few days. The installation team was on time, very professional and efficient. The removal of the old system and installation of the new was completed in less than a day. I was particularly impressed with the appearance of the final mproduct and the quality of the installation work. In addition, they scheduled a follow-up inspection by a supervisor after a few days. This gave me time to get used to the new system and come up with any questions. The supervisor inspected the work, answered any questions that I had, then scheduled the county inspection.Hopefully, I won't be going the replacement route agan soon, but I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of work done.
Description of Work: My old Heating/Air Conditioning unit was the original to the house.... more than 20 years old. It was more than due for replacement. Four Seasons removed the old air conditioning unit and replaced it with a new, high efficiency unit.

 + -1 moreThere were two units that got inspected. She hadn?t had it inspected for about six years. The person who came out was the owner, Steve Balcomb. He did a great job and didn?t try to hustle for anything. He charged exactly what he said he would. I have recommended him to several people and they have all been very happy with him so far.
Description of Work: My girlfriend used Cool Concepts Heating & Cooling for a routine inspection of her heating and air conditioning units. She got all the filters replaced.

 + -1 moreThe people were very professional and told me exactly what I needed. They did an excellent job of putting it in. The house is 26 years old, and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. They did the job in about a day and a half.
Description of Work: They put a new heating and air conditioning system in. They also put in new duct work and holes in the ceiling for intake.

Description of Work: My AC was not working, so I called on "Cool Concepts" air conditioning. The owner Steve Balcomb came over and serviced the unit and found the unit "Beyond Economical Repair". He then proceeded to get me the best deal on a unit for I am not experienced in that field. I then confirmed the price with a friend that works air conditioning and was told that the price was very competitive. So I authorized for Mr. Balcomb to perform the service of changing out the air conditioner. He was very professional and timely.
