+ -1 moreLast night, we said that we had an emergency with our water pipe bursting and that we needed them to come out immediately. They told me that they had 24 hour service in our area and that they would call. They never did call and we had to call them. They said that they could not come out for 2 days. They said that if they did come out today they would charge overtime.
Description of Work: Called them last night to see if they could come out for an estimate.
