When we first set up the appointment, they were very friendly. Then we tried to use a coupon from a local coupon book. The guy came out to do an evaluation and said it would cost a lot more. The guy wasn't very friendly. The guy and a girl came in an unmarked van and wore plain shirts, so it was hard to tell they represented the company. He quoted us a price of about $615, since he said that the rooms were too large. We tried calling the office, and the lady was very rude and yelled at us. She told us that our coupon didn't apply and kept telling us the rooms were too large. She then hung up on us. It would be cheaper to just replacement your carpet than to use their services. They just use the coupon to get you to set up the appointment.
