Description of Work: Two women one a girl being trained who did a lousy job in the bathroom. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning which ended up barely being a surface clean. Not pleased with results and walkthrough was read quickly going quickly with no time to look at everything before signing.

Description of Work: They did the deep clean service which was a special offer for $99 but then my house was extra dirty having not been deep cleaned in 5 years, so I paid extra. They did a great job, the girls were very nice.

Description of Work: Housecleaners knew nothing about the internet posting; boss had not given complete instructions. When asked if they would do this or that their response was "oh, we don't do that" even tho' the printout said they did. Total disorganization between provider, provider's staff and Angie's List. Received refund and free year's subscription BUT will comment that we had counted HEAVILY on this help since we were to sign sale of house agreement that pm and have pictures taken of the house. Anticipated cleaning would have left us free to do what WE (3) had to do in the meantime; instead we had to do the cleaning. I was up at 4 am moving things into the garage to clear the way for the cleaners, so extra cleaning was ESPECIALLY taxing on me--I'm 76.

+ -1 moreIt went well. They are great with the pets. None of the cats managed to escape out the front door as they were coming and going. I have them coming every week now.
Description of Work: The team came on time. Did an excellent job an excellent job cleaning the house. Very detail oriented. Brought their own supplies and equipment. Principle is Michael Poplawski.
