Honest good service

Professional, fair and honest from start to finish. They diagnosed and repaired my AC system. Highly recommended.

They solved a problem quickly. I signed with them to maintain my air conditioner.

The installers worked very hard, they did an excellent neat installation, and cleaned up their mess, however they made an error that made the A/C go out that night and left my house 84 degrees, not good! I called them, they sent a service man out right away, he corrected the problem in 15 minutes, very good! Anyone can make an error, but they fixed the problem immediately, and apologized profusely, that is a reputable company! I would recommend them to anyone!

They came for a late night repair and diagnosed the problem immediately. We are now using them for maintenance. And they installed a uv light to prevent mold.

Andy arrived same day in sweltering heat to look at my AC condenser. No diagnosis necessary as I already had another service company check on it. Simple condenser swap was needed. Andy was very nice. The cost was very high for the replacement, and that was after their ?discount?. Overall, I wish I could only rate Andy for friendliness, but their company seems VERY high priced.

Andrew was here for our annual check-up. Everything okay "for now". Unit 16 years now and will eventually need to be replaced. We will certainly contact him when the time comes. Thank you for your service.

This company is one of the most honest people I have to the house.Their staff were on time and got right to work. He fixed the problem but explained that the air conditioner was over 10 years old and would continue to need repair.I had him give me an estimate on a new one ,the price was more than fair.I will have it installed in the next two weeks.

Called on a Sunday morning because ac unit was blowing warm air out of the vents. Called them at 7:05 a.m. and the service tech was here at 8:15 a.m.!! Incredibly fast response! Andy (the service tech) was very nice and knew immediately what was wrong. He replaced the capacitor and we were good to go! Couldn't ask for faster, more courteous service.

Andrew Nelson, the technician, was on time and very knowable. I had the AC unit tuned up 2 weeks earlier by EC AIR PRO. My AC was not working and was frozen. It turns out the EC AIR PRO technicians had left the caps for the coolant lines off when they service the AC. The caps were left on the cement pad of the AC. With no caps on the coolant lines the coolant leaked out and this caused the AC to freeze up. Andrew resolved this problem and the pricing was very reasonable.
