It took 15 days and over 40 phone calls/emails/texts to get a single air conditioner installed from the time AA Temp started our project til they actually got it working. And then they tried to charge us more than originally quoted. It has been extremely frustrating especially since itâ s a rental and we had to buy a portable unit and give partial refunds of $2000 to our unhappy guests. I have the unbelievably inept timeline of their â serviceâ recorded here so you can see what you will actually get with AA Temp.

Wow, what a joke!!! Coil replacement and 7 return trips!! They sent multiple people with multiple excuses why it does not work! 2:30 this morning again. They do not clean up after themselves and removed attic stairs and left the attic wide open with stairs hanging out. You cannot make this stuff up. These 5-star reviews from a person with 1 review are most likely phoney. Stay far away they play drop off the kid. I bet the age was 25 yrs old if that. Obviously they are not licensed.

came back to fix minor issues and on the same day the county did it's inspection...they had minor problems which were not interfering with the new system at the time...on our 6 month 'inspection check' everything was performing well...all systems go and we will see them in six months...
